Nice location, facilities are a bit old, swimming pool is dirty, no one is watching. Breakfast is okay, noodle soup changes every day. There is a car park

- The hotel is quite old, the facilities are degraded, many electrical outlets do not work, old TV, etc. - The breakfast is normal, the service time is 6-10am, but when it comes to 6am, most of the dishes are not ready yet (the food starts to be served around 6:10am) - The hotel location is great, right next to Tran Phu beach, next to the shopping center, very convenient. - The staff is enthusiastic.

Convenient location. Spacious, airy room. Fragrant hotel. Delicious food. Minus points: old hotel so not modern design; furniture, wooden floor peeling slightly and old.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, due to the crowd, the breakfast is quite noisy, the staff cleans the table slowly so it feels messy and unhygienic.

The hotel is right on the beach, convenient for travel, near centers and markets. Friendly staff, early check-in when rooms are available, the advantage of the hotel is that guests can watch the sunset and sunrise right in the room, without having to go far.

After 10 years, when my lover and I returned, we did not see any upgrades or renovations to 4* standards. The room and breakfast were not as expected, a bit sad 🥹 Having the surrounding shops (within <1km - You can go for a walk to eat, drink and shop) it's very good and delicious, everyone 🤩

Quite like the service and space here. However, the minus point is that the electrical outlets in the room are mostly old. I tried 4 outlets and only 1 was stable, the remaining outlets were loose or had no electricity. If the hotel improves this part, it would be great

Khách sạn 4 sao khá cũ, không được cải tạo nhiều năm nay cả hệ thống phòng, hồ bơi, chỗ để xe, nhà hàng ăn sáng. Lễ tân không chuyên nghiệp, không vui vẻ, niềm nở với khách. Khách đến nhận phòng không có nhân viên xách hành lý và hướng dẫn chỗ để xe. Không có nước uống khi khách check in Ăn sáng đồ ăn tiếp chậm, khách xuống không còn chờ lâu, đầu bếp nấu món nước dở. Kiểm tra phòng khi check out chậm

Chị lao công và anh sửa nước dễ thương

Mình đã ở khách sạn này mấy lần rồi, lần nào cũng rất thích vị trí và view của KS. Lần này đi một mình công tác nên đặt phòng thấp giá nhất nhưng vẫn được hỗ trợ đổi phòng có view biển full cửa sổ. Lần sau có ghé thành phố Nha Trang vẫn sẽ chọn Yasaka

Khách sạn đối diện biển, có hồ bơi riêng, ngay trung tâm thuận tiện di chuyển, bữa sáng đa dạng, phòng mình ở view biển đẹp

Ôi vào thấy phòng không có tivi wifi, truyền hình không có Netflix chill. Ở 3 đêm chán

Đã ở khách sạn này nhiều lần, sạch sẽ, vị trí đẹp, dịch vụ tôt. Điển trừ duy nhất tivi quá tệ không thể xem được

Phòng sauna bị hư cả năm không thèm sửa. Máy lạnh chạy kêu to cả đêm không ngủ được. Kêu thợ lên chỉnh không được luôn. Nói chung Yasaka giờ xuống cấp dữ lắm rồi. The sauna room was damaged for anh year and didn't bother to fix it. The air conditioner ran loudly all night and couldn't sleep. In general, Yasaka has deteriorated very much now.

Đồ dùng hơi cũ, gối quá cứng, bữa ăn bình thường. Khách sạn này cỡ gần 3 sao chứ 4 sao thì hoàn toàn không xứng đáng

The room is very nice and clean with a view of the sea. Breakfast is ok but a bit limited. The minus point is that the TV is small and noisy so you can't watch it, the swimming pool is too small (probably only for children).

The lights in the room were broken, the lights went out, and the TV made a crackling noise. The kettle is not washed and stinks. The breakfast is so bad, there's nothing to eat. The staff cleaning the lobby has an attitude. Guests coming in and out of the beach are afraid to wipe it all the time. They keep asking guests after bathing. Overall will never stay again.
