The location was great. However, with that said, we will not stay here again! The room was run down a bit, stains on the floor. The temperature of the shower with nothing but the hot water on, was luke-warm at best. The blow dryer handle (in the bathroom) was dirty and the air intake was full of dust/lint. The breakfast options were minimal but the eggs and sausage were hot. My husband chose a danish and said it was still a bit "frozen". During the evening of the second day of our stay, I stopped at the front desk and asked for 2 fresh washclothes and were told they did not have any clean to give to us. I am not a very "picky" guest and many times I have overlooked one thing or another. I have NEVER felt the need to give such a bad review.

Have to beg and pkead for housekeeping if you can get it. Was here an entire week, house keeping never in my room. The swimming pool is a chemical swamp. According to staff it has foam. Grey slime more like it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

King suite was not as pictured. They could use more house keeping. I was there 4 nights and not once did house keeping clean room. I’ve been other places where they go almost every day .. the sofa looked kinda dirty and outdated

The pool was a main reason for choosing this hotel and it was out the whole time we were there. We were aloud to travel across the street to use the pool at Comfort Inn. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Sleep was good!

It was a great stay. Only thing I had to note was that the pool was out of order. It was so gross looking and was the view from the breakfast area. They need to pull the blinds.

Staff not very friendly. Property not kept clean and very noisy guest at all hours. Parking lot littered with empty beer bottles. Not certain security cameras work or being monitored.

Rolando, the front desk manager, brought my car keys to me, which I had forgotten and left at the front check in desk. Really appreciated that.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great sofa with enough light to read. Appreciated the refrigerator.

The toilet seat in the room I stayed in was broken off. I was in the room for less than 5 minutes when I discovered this and went down to the front desk. The man working almost didn't believe me, he said no one including housekeeping had reported it. The hotel was fully booked so there was no room to move to and maintenance was gone for the day, so he basically said deal with it or leave and we will refund you. Upon checkout I tried to tell the front desk again but this worker walked away while I was still talking. So we ended up having to deal with a broken toilet seat the whole stay. The room itself was decent, but the couch was gross and the bathroom itself wasn't very clean. Everything is just worn out and needs replacing. There were marks on the shower curtain, stains on the curtains, and the sheets were pilled. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was very good for a weekend stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff wasn’t very friendly when we checked in but we had a great stay.

The room I was given faced the parking lot, which meant that for the entire 4 days mduration of my stay, I could not open the curtains without sacrificing my privacy. As a guest staying for multiple nights, I expected a more thoughtfully assigned room with a better view or at least one that did not directly face the parking lot. Additionally, I encountered repeated issues with the key card reader on my room door. The key card frequently stopped working, requiring me to visit the front desk daily to have it reset. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted my stay.

For whatever reason, the room I stayed in had not been cleaned well. Once I had already gotten into bed, I discovered some crumbs in the sheets when I started moving the pillows and some black smudging on the sheets. There was also some kind of caked on gunk on the night stand. I saw someone thoroughly cleaning the lobby upon checking out, so I’m not sure what happened with my room.

The two at the front desk were just flat out awesome!
