They need to get better and more eco-friendly cups at the coffee station. There's still no daily cleaning since COVID restrictions, which most hotels have gone away from. While it's not always needed, for a week's stay, some attention to TP and other items would be appreciated. It seems they're doing as much as cheaply as possible and it's starting to show.

Clean, front desk helpful, knowledgeable! Very professional but personal!

Cracker Barrel across the street. No extra blankets for the sofa sleeper. We got here late and too tired to bother with it. The a/c was running so the room was nice and cool. Fridge also running and cold.

Convenience, cost

It was very not so clean and run down it looking very nice on the outside but it was not clean inside at all and the front desk was so rude at nite but in the am they was a lot before for sure and there breakfast was so not good at all

Stayed for a weekend. Security was non-existent. Any door into the hotel that required key card access was broken and no key was needed. Same for the pool and the gym. The TV in the room was weird. Every time the TV was turned on we had to find the new input and the screen did not fit the TV. The remote was so dirty, I had to clean it before. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Cleaning staff walked into our room without hesitation at 9am and the. Paced the hall until we left. Exterior door were broken to where they didn’t latch. Cleaning was not great.

The room looked great. Mostly clean.. Pool was nice and fitness center was great. Had an unwanted guest crawl into my room. His name was Roach. Took him to the lobby and they said they had recently sprayed for this loser and his friends.

They had hot coffee ready very early in the morning (around 5:00 a.m) even though breakfast wasn't available until 6 or 7 (depending on the day of the week). The scrambled eggs were pretty good, but their "cheese" omlettes were terrible. Overcooked and filled with a fake cheese sauce. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room didn’t seem the cleanest. We found someone’s hair tie in it. The shower curtain was ripped also. Breakfast was not great, but OK.

The toilet in my room was broken didn’t flush properly instead of moving us they just made it seem like the issue was fix it was not we had to pour buckets of water in the toilet to flush it When it came time for check out 3 different people came and knocked on the door each time I answered and said just make sure we have everything an that it was picked up the last person just walked in As I was walking towards the door When I went to the desk and asked why we were being rushed out she (the second person to check on us ) said I told them to give you at least 30 minutes (30 was way more time then needed) but why would they walk in if they were instructed to give more time

Its been really good so far.

Hotel room was very clean. The environment was very quiet so relaxation time when visiting family was awesome. The pool was in great shape and breakfast options were well stocked. Will stay again when coming to visit family in Lafayette

I put my mom and cousin here for Purdue graduation. So much better than the Quality Inn, where we stayed. Still not a walkable area, but the Comfort Inn was decent. Just a really high price to pay for this level of a hotel.

The room was generally clean, although there were several red stains on the carpet. The door handle was not quite right. The lock would periodically get stuck. There was also a cracked light fixture in the room. Our biggest complaint was the noise level. We could hear every word of a conversation in the room next to us. That said, we felt safe. The breakfast was fine. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping and not too far from Purdue.

Not good hotel

We were there for our daughter’s graduation. Overall good stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, no frills

The staff was very kind and courteous.
