We never got to stay here. They accepted our reservation when they did not have power. Now the management isn’t issuing a refund. All the other hotels in the area turned OFF their reservations.

The room was super clean, but upon entry, the trash outside the hotel entrance was over flowing and the wifi was out during our stay. But, the attached restaurant was very good, my child loved the pool and again, the rooms were spotless. Every employee was kind and accommodating. I recommend this spot for families!

Power out was not contacted to tell me this until I arrived at midnight with nowhere else to stay.

No power

Husband was at hospital across the street. Convenient location.

This is a good location, close to several major highways. The power in the area had recently been out, so there was no Wi-Fi, which was not a problem. But…… the power went out about 7:30 pm and not a single building around us had lost power. The poor woman at the desk was trying to check people and she had no clue what the problem was!!! Makes me wonde if anyone had checked into the problem.

Power outsge

I booked this hotel thru Hotels.com because a storm knocked out all power in our neighborhood. When I arrived at hotel, I was told that there was no electricity or power so I asked about a refund and was told to contact Hotels.com and a refund would be issued. Please help with this.

There was no power and they told us there was no generator. However, the next morning the first floor had lights and we saw an electrician working on the generator. Unacceptable. I had to walk up five flights of stairs multiple times. I had no hot water, no ac. No tv. No one went out of their way to help.

Loss of power to building, no emergency lighting to exit building, no hot water due to power outage, no breakfast. No discount for the problems we encountered even offered.

Nice place with a neat gym

Tje pool water was v warm all winter n would appreciate warmer water.

It was ok but they are short on staff. Breakfast is good and room is fine. But some things were not working properly.

very clean and tidy.. All the restaurants are near by...

Front desk employees were very accommodating.
