The room very deteriorated not enough amenities and towels you get looks like the towels they used to clean the floor. I complained to the front desk and the next day was the something. The buffet breakfast very expensive and no enough variety.

It was a nice hotel. Interior infrastructure could use some renovations and updates. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay

The buffet-style breakfast here is amazing and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There were some noise outside the window on the night of our arrival, but the other nights were mostly quiet, and we had a very good stay.

It’s a very well located hotel in the heart of San isidro lima it’s close to costa verde or pacific coast highway and Javier prado with crosses most of lima as well as salaverry which can take you down town. It faces lima golf so you have a great view of open space. Great room quiet at night mostly . Staff is friendly

Unfortunately our dinner at the restaurant was bad. My wife had the burger and it appeared the meat was bad as she was up all night vomiting and with cramps. When we reported this to the hostess the next day, she just apologized and said she would report it. We also were misinformed at checkin time that our stay included breakfast, so we were surprised that charged us for breakfast the next morning. When I tried to get an explanation at the front desk all they said is that they had made a mistake in infoming us that breakfast was included.

ITS VERY CONVENIENT, ELEGANT MODERN AND CLEAN. ACROSS THE STREET THERE IS GREAT CAFE AND A STARBUCKS TOO. DINNER AND RESTAURANT 10 M,INS AWAY WALKING OR UBER OR TAXI.

The staff is very helpful, great view and sound proof bedroom. Easy taxi rides to Miraflores

The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Service was amazing. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge because our room was not quite ready when we arrived.

Great sunday peruvian buffet

Quite Old carpeta and furnitures. Expreso cofre Need to be paíd as extra. The staff forget to invoice me a coffee and a bottle of water and contacted me to charge on my credit card account. Was correct but no elegant for a five star hotel
