The service at the National is superb. The entire staff worked the tails off to make sure our trip was amazing. We will be returning

It's a great Art Deco hotel, excellent location, relatively affordable and I love being on the boardwalk. Only downside was the construction from the Delano next door (it looks like it will be ongoing for a while), and construction on the beach due to an upcoming food festival. they were putting up tents

We have stayed at The National a few times because we love it so much. The vibe is just really cool, it's quiet and very convenient to where we like to go. I love that it's and adults only hotel because it just never gets loud. I'd highly recommend a Cabana room overlooking the pool. The patio is so nice and the view of the pool is great.

The building work that is going on next door at The Delano should be made clear to all guests before they book. The noise was relentless from 8am all day you couldn’t relax round the pool for the noise. This was a massive issue that we weren’t made aware of!

The hotel is old school fantastic with a great location walking distance from all sights of Miami Beach, flawless service from front desk to security to service staff pool and beach crew. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. The drinks were excellent at the pool and beach and Staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of, in particular JB at the front desk, Elijah at the beach and all the wait staff at breakfast. The only caveat to our stay was the construction going on next-door that really was noisy by the pool in the early part of the day and the city setting up for a festival on the beach with jackhammers in the late part of the day, not the hotel’s fault But next time I would definitely bring noise reducing headphones for beach and poo.

Great pool

Loved the property- only issue was AC was broken so it was very hot. Staff did not inform clients of this so we played with ac for a while and then had to go ask - it would have been better if they offered some type of comp as it was VERY warm sleeping and hard to hang In the room

Very nice stay in South Beach in this very convenient hotel. Everything was just right.

fresh infused water available all the time, and most mornings there were fresh coffee in the lobby. bar is nice and cozy (roomy too), restaurant has pretty amazing food, staff are friendly and attentive. the building may be getting a bit old, but they do a great job of decorating and dressing up the place. Very classy and charming. Heated pool was a huge plus during the arctic blast (50F in MIAMI)!!! Really a great place for adults who want to chill and not be bothered by young adults who want to party and be loud.

We absolutely LOVE this property! This is our second visit here and we plan to go on another cruise in November so we will be back again! The food is great, the pools are great, the bars are great and the beach is great! Our favorite person is Paul and you will love him too!

Good location, great beach access, but hotel’s pools were not the best, also room was average Elevator was super small , gym was small

I have been to Miami Beach many times and this is my new favorite hotel. It is close enough to all the action of South Beach but on 17th so more of a private beach. There's also plenty of stuff to do right by the hotel. Food options, Lincoln Rd. Mall, etc. The staff was awesome. 10/10 recommend!
