Great location by the River Tyne, perfect for a stroll. Near lovely restaurants and bars.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast and evening meal were both very good value.

Room was spotless and well stocked. It was spacious and the bed very large and comfortable.

room had sick and blood all over the bathroom floor,walls and toilet we did get half the cost of the room back

Although the room itself was more than satisfactory I feel that there should have been transparency through 3rd party booking systems regarding the pet fee. In addition, you're adverted as dog friendly but have a limited amount of areas that dogs are allowed into and so this doesn't really feel dog friendly but more dog tolerant...

Everything was perfect

Wow what a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite looking over the river. The room was so comfortable, the bed and bedding was amazing, my husband and I had a wonderful sleep and he struggles to sleep due to a condition that he has. All the extra touches made our stay so memorable

The Malmaison Newcastle was excellent, as always. I stay at Malmaison hotels around the country as the experience is always positive.

All of the staff members we encountered were really friendly and professional. Our room was clean and had everything that you could need. The bar and restaurant were also lovely.
