It's the little things. The TV remote control needed batteries, the dead bolt door lock did not engage, the ice machine was turned off and the hard wired smoke alarm was disconnected and inoperable.

The check in was simple enough. The worker wasn’t the friendliest, and didn’t even say which floor our room was in and we had to go back in to ask. The surrounding area of the hotel had homeless people everywhere, on every corner and across the streets. Air conditioning worked okay, and tv was also irregular with its features with its volume and connecting to the wifi. At night the hotel was very noisy. Overall it did its job. It’s an outdated hotel and could use some improvements. Best part was the staff at the breakfast in the morning, they were great and had the best customer service.

Tweaked out zombies all over this area. Scary people out at all hours.

Absolutely horrible. The shower leaked and it leaked into the bathroom floor. The ceiling had mold on the floor and on the ceiling the air conditioning leak. The sink in the bathroom was just about to fall off.

I had to change my room because i was on the fiest floor and someone tried to come in my window at 3 in the morning. I tried to call the front desk and my phone in the room was dead .i had too look up the phone number for the hotel to call for help. Not good

I enjoyed my stay here

Decent stay for the price. We were comfortable during our 1 night stay. My family travels alot for softball tourneys. The facilities are outdated but we expected it for the price. Breakfast could have been better (had better experiences at other comfort inn locations). Room had extra towels upon arrival. Clean bedding and clean bathroom upon arrival. Front desk personnel was missing for a good 15 mins from the desk upon arrival. Lady ahead of me in line had to call the hotel to get him to come out. That could have been a better experience. When he did eventually come out, no apologies were given and no greeting, no front desk mannerisms. Just expected me to hand over my ID and card without saying anything.

David and Yarley especially were very helpful to us. Without Yarley we would not have had our phone set up for use. We would have been extremely lost without it.

Close to freeway, quiet

The condition of the hotel was poor. Lots of things were broken or visibly damaged such as the elevator buttons, bathtub, wall/ceilings, as well dirty or unclean in appearance. Lots of homeless camping right outside as well. Would not stay at this specific location again, and would consider competitor chains in this price range instead, which I've had better experience with.

very convenient location to the event we were attending. There were a lot of homeless around the property at night.
