O quarto não estava limpo, especialmente o chão, ( ficamos com os pés sujos assim que entrámos no quarto) staff na recepção foi nada simpático, alguma da louça dos pequenos almoços, não estava devidamente limpa,

Atlantico Star was a convenient hotel to stay in the copacabana zone. It was a functional hotel where everything feels old, but still works very good. The place definitily needs an upgrade to more moderns facilities becausa it has a good potencial. Instead this, i do not have anyproblem with my stay and the price payed was less than other hotels in the area.

Excellent service and people. Very helpful. But elevators are always busy and difficult to use if staying on middle floors in the morning and during check in/out

The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

O Hotel precisa urgentemente ser reformado. Elevadores não suportam a quantidade de hóspedes pois são muito lentos e pequenos. O cartão magnético para abrir a porta do quarto deu defeito todos os dias, todas as vezes eu precisava descer na recepção para auxílio. Limpeza muito pobre. Os funcionários são simpáticos porém infelizmente trabalham em um ambiente terrível, cheio de reclamações de hóspedes. Ponto positivo é a localização. 8 minutos a pé da praia e vários restaurantes.

El hotel muy viejo el lobby sin Acc y salen cucarachas mientras estas sentado, las sillas y sofas del lobby dan asco. Las habitaciones estan en igual condiciones el baño con hongos se ve que lo limpian mal. Lo unico excelente el buen trato del personal.

It was terrible! The hotel sucks! One day without lights, other day with no hot water. And I had to pay for it. Jesus! The hotel looks like the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Stay away from it!
