Was really a great property with ample room on the balcony. Plenty of electrical outlets and a great TV lineup! Only negative was the tub didn't drain and the maintenance allegedly fixed it but it continued to not drain. All in all, would definitely go back again!

The property is old, could us a makeover in the rooms where guest sleeps/shower. It smells old in the hallways, it’s porter carpet The front desk staff was outstanding (Carlissa was outstanding) The restaurant staff needs help (Edgar worked hard but could not do everything)

Staff at front desk was rude and not attentive to customer need. Broken cabinetry in bedroom. Mold in bathroom. Vent completely clogged with dust. Housekeeping staff was friendly.

Right downtown

Despite paying an additional $25 for early check in and late check out, we were unable to check in at 4pm. Our room was not ready until close to 6pm. The hotel did not allow late check out. There are no microwaves in the room. The view and location are really nice.

The noise coming from the pool area was horrible and didn’t stop until after midnight. We could not sleep. The service at the pool bar and restaurant was poor. I won’t return.

The walkway was great and nicely lit up at night

I enjoyed my stay I was there for the Black Heritage festival, however I had to leave because of the heat, wasn't feeling well stayed in room I hope to return I like the river walk over all plan on returning I love my room

The room itself was extremely noisy. The refrigerator sounded like an airplane getting ready to take off the entire time we were there. The road noise from the bridge was even worse. There were homeless people in the park nect to the hotel, so we were nervous walking through there. On a positive note, the staff was amazing and the hotel common areas were very nice.

Room was just ok. Bathroom was horrible and in need of a fix or update.

Very dated hotel with excessive fees that are not communicated at time of booking. Only valet parking available for $40+ per day also not communicated in hotel description.

This hotel is old and patched. Nothing at all special about the rooms or anything else aside from the location. Restaurant food was terrible, I know because I felt compelled to spend down the $25 a day activity fee, which is a money grab. Website makes it look like a nice hotel, but it's really not. Ordinary at best.

Great location! Our room was spacious and we got a balcony with a great view of the river. The common areas are a little rundown and need some love.

This property needs major upgrades. Very outdated. It didn't feel clean either. Restaurant staff was mediocre and the food is subpar. Would not recommend.
