The air wasn’t blowing very cold in our room

Ok for 1 short night. Smelled. Out of date.

Not happy at all.

we stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. staff was attentive and there was a varitey of items for breakfast like, bagels, yogurt, waffles...coffee,juice and cereal. The rooms were clean and nice, we will stay bere again.

Close to casinos, quiet, comfortable beds good breakfast.

Great room n lovely service

I was coming to Memphis for a particular event. Circumstances were changing about the start of the event. I left my home not realizing that I was not going to make it in time. I call Quality Inn and informed them of my situation and they made sure that I did not have to stress out about my reservation that all was well. I was not charged extra and was treated well upon arrival. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Memphis. Staff is wonderful.

Clean and quiet

Negative energy from one employee.

My stay have been really nice with the exception of one person who works night. She kills the whole vibe of this place. She's very loud and arrogant and lack people skills. I guess I disturbed her during a nap for tissue. She's the nastiest employee I've ever seen greeting guest. I don't know maybe she just treated me different. I can't believe she's allowed to service people.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They squeaked and made a horrible pop noise with the slightest movement. They started cleaning extremely early and after finally falling asleep was awakened by loud vacuuming. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. On a positive note the guy for check in was extremely nice and it was very clean.

Very welcoming environment. Staff are very nice and accommodating.
