The room I stayed in has not been renovated for many years now so there was rust around the sink and the shower heads. Furthermore, the toilet is way too close to the wall. Also, the service at the bar and the restaurant could be improved. Otherwise, the location is perfect being next to the airport!

Our front desk check in person was very pleasant, and we were able to check in to our room a little early which was so helpful that day.

Room. Bathroom poor. The shower door didn’t fit and my son flooded the bathroom (not his fault). Premium prices for less than premium facilities.

The toilet was difficult to flush. I called reception, and she came to assist me with it. She wasn’t rude about it but she wasn’t friendly either - I had to basically jump as I pumped the handle on the side, so it would have enough pressure to flush! Lol. Totally unexpected, but I’m not sure if this is normal plumbing sometimes here? It’s very different where I’m from.

There were no electrical wall sockets near the bed so they brought an extension cord. I called 2x & went downstairs to ask how to turn the heat on. That took 30+ minutes. I wanted a nice relaxing evening, not a cold frustrating one. The petit pain au chocolate were hard, dry & cold.

The room felt dirty. There was mold on the walls and some hairs randomly in the bathroom. The AC also didn't work so we couldn’t adjust the temperature in our room. On a positive note, the breakfast had a large spread and was delicious.

Walking distance to the air port, clean amenities, food wasn’t all that good, and service wasn’t all that fast, but overall I’d give my stay 4 stars. Some desk staff were very helpful while a couple others came off a bit rude.
