Great place to stay wiloth a very good free breakfast. Disliked the cancelation policy of having to cancel 4 days before reservation of full refund desired. OTW no refunds:(. Also pet policy and charge were the highest we've paid at other hitel chains. This vjarge deters us from staying at Hamptons or any of the Hilton Hotels when traveling with our 8 lb dog.

I always like staying in Hampton inn because of good quality of the room. It is clean and good smell. No complain for that. I always receive receipt when check out. This time I asked but couldn't receive. He said I can't.

Stayed here 1 night in between traveling. Arrived around 2am after a 20 hr drive, looking forward to some sleep before our next half of the drive, which would be another 18 hrs or so.. Unfortunately, shortly after 9am, we were woken up to a knock on our door, which was confusing, as our check out time wasn't until 12pm. A housekeeper then came into the room, apologized, & left upon realizing we were still in the room sleeping. We didnt have our DND sign on the door, as we didnt expect an interruption since check out wasnt until 12pm. This was a less than ideal situation, to say the least, as we were now woken up from our short sleep, but got worse as housekeeping then did not bother to be quiet as they cleaned the surrounding rooms.. not to mention kids seemingly running around, slamming doors, and screaming. We had chosen a room furthest to the end of the hallway in hopes that there would be the least amount of foot-traffic/noise considering our situation/small window of time before we had to get back on the road. (I understand this part is not on the hotel itself, just unfortunate on top of being woken up as we were then not able to get back to sleep before having to get up to leave) On a positive note, the woman at the check in desk when we arrived was very pleasant and kind, which was much appreciated after a long drive and frankly, the highlight of our short stay. (didn't catch her name, but it was at 2am on 5/10) All in all, not a great experience.
