Roll in bathroom floor was very slippery. Other than that, overall was good. We woukd stay at another hampton inn in the future.

The hotel in Richmond was nice and clean right off the exit with several restaurants. Negative is too close to heavy traffic we were on fist floor and was tired from long day of travel and between noisy traffic and kids running down the hall way anf thin walls hearing kids in the room above we did not get much sleep. Air conditioner is loud when it kicks on For $150.00 per night i exspected more from a Hampton. They had a good idea where they put a sighn in lobby quiet time is from 7.00pm to 7.00 am but they dont enforce it these days people dont care if the are disrupting people sleep

It was amazing!!!

The room was good. The front desk clerk was unsmiling, verbally short, and acted inconvenienced and frustrated that I was there. Hampton usually trains their people to smile, to be friendly, and to be helpful. This man was none of those.

The room was great. I requested one away from the elevator and ice machine, and that request was granted.

Comfortable bed and nice furnishings. There was a strong odor in the room, almost like stale smoke. The room was clean, but the smell was strong. We travel with our hypoallergenic small dog and the fee for pets at this establishment was 75.00. When I asked why it was more than the 25 or 50 rates we had been paying at other hotels as we traveled across the US she said they had to shampoo the carpet to clean the rooms after a pet has been in there. Our Shih Tzu dog doesn’t shed and is very clean.

We stayed just 1 night as we were passing through. Everything was great. My daughters enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good. I have no complaints.

Staff was wonderful

The room was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. It was absolutely the nicest hotel we visited on our whole week of vacation in Kentucky.

Some of the towels had a bad smell!!! Bed was very uncomfortable! Staff was very friendly! Parking was easy. Very convenient location!
