Everything was pretty good except the puddle of (hopefully) water that was on the counter when we walked in. Another negative was how dirty the sheets were for the pull out bed in the couch. Completely stained and dirty, had to use personal blankets as sheets to sleep on.

I called the property the day before my arrival to let them know I was going to arrive after 10pm, and they told me it was ok, that as soon as I arrived just pick up the phone at the property to inform I was there and someone will receive me. When I got there, and made the 1st call, for my surprise, they'd informed me that the person would arrive in an hour!!! They left me and my family and another guest (in our same situation)waiting outside in the cold weather. We were lucky that a guest that was staying there let us pass to the lobby. After an hour passed no one came, we called several times and they kept telling us that someone was coming, they kept us there with that lie for approximately 3 hours. We were lucky to find a near hotel that could receive us at that time. The other person stayed there.

We walked in, checked in, got our.keys went in the room. There was a.bed kitchen with no pots pans etc. No chairs to sit and eat, no furniture in the living room. Just a tv. Wasn't anything like what I saw in description of what I daw on line. My husband went to the person at the front desk. They came in with a couple of chairs, she said they just remodled and usually rented monthly and she had mo orher rooms. So we decided not to stay and left, which ruined our Valentines Day plans. We ended up going back home.

The room was big however, the room did not have any pans, pots, utensils or plates and front desk was only present to check in and check out. When asked for more towels or blanket was questioned why and to return dirty towels.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was food left in the refrigerator and the bath and toilet were slightly dirty with previous use (hair and soap still visible). Everything else was good though!

I was not allowed to check in due to my skin color. The staff there made up a fake incidental fee that is not mentioned in the policy or welcome letter when I booked with Expedia I reached out to customer service for extended stay. They also confirmed that was not a part of their policy, I was told to go load money on my card by your front desk clerk and then when I got back, she still denied check in and i was kicked off of the property by threatening me with police. I was bullied by your staff lost hundreds of dollars and had to stay at another hotel that was absolutely horrible but thank Goodness because if not, I would have been outside in the cold freezing because your staff decided they just did not want to service me for no reason. The staff also made up a fake lobby, closing time of which didn’t matter because I came back from an ATM at which should have gave me enough time to complete my check-in. I’m just in shock. I was in fear for my life and my freedom. Your staff used their white privilege in order to make me feel as small as possible. i never cried so much

Let me start by saying upon entering the room, it smelled like someone had been living in there for a month. There were doors opening and closing all night long into the wee hours of the morning. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming!! I paid a $100 incidental fee upon check in for incidentals, such as smoking in the room, yet individuals we're able to smoke in the hotel. The cast of characters staying in this hotel left the bit to be desired. Yelling, screaming, run running up-and-down the halls, banging on doors, slamming doors it goes on and on. Upon returning to my room at midnight one night. Due to my work schedule, my key would not open the door. I called the hotel number and was told that no one was on site and that someone would be duspatched and would be on their way within 15-20 minutes. Had someone been assigned to the hotel 24 hours like most hotels, they may have been able to put a stop to the smoking in the room, running, yelling, screaming and the slamming of doors. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The front desk is open only from 10 AM to 10 PM. That means late check in requires over half an hour for a staff member to come and let you in and give you keys. It also means that if you don’t have your own pots, pan, silverware, and glasses, you can’t use the kitchen that’s provided until after 10 AM the following day

It was so so. We were there to visit some friends down the road. We were kept awake by people upstairs from us playing loud music also from a dog barking down the hallway and for people fighting and beating each other up in the hallway. I would like my money back from this stay Other than that I did like your hotel. Just need better manners on your employers and have them be not so rude to customers
