Property does not have elevators. Staff was very nice.

It was comfortable, accommodating, welcoming, in a beautiful setting with excellent food. Would love to stay here again.

Peaceful

Had a bit of trouble finding it, but when I did it was superb. Room was comfortable and clean, shower was excellent. I ate an evening meal and had breakfast and both were really good. Parking was good even with a long wheelbase van.

We found the gentlemen behind the desk v unhelpful and unfriendly. The hotel itself is like a white somewhat white bunker in the middle of a field. The atmosphere was v generic. The hotel was somewhat clean. The rooms nicely appointed but you could b anywhere in the world w no personality or feeling of being in Italy. The TV screen was the size of a computer screen. The breakfast was good. The pool was smaller than expected and closed at 7pm which was weird bc sunset was 8:30pm. Parking was great.

The room was in the ground floor but we had a basement feeling, there is no elevator as well. The breakfast quality and options were not good, flys flying around our table. The service was Ok. Maximum 3 stars I would say...

It wasnt bad but for the price I wouldnt stay here again. Also, it is in the middle of NOWHERE

I booked DOUBLE STANDARDS ROOM.with Mountain View. When I get there, I was placed in the basement under ground level. With mosquitoes in the room. Very dark and depressing. Completely different from what I booked. When question management the have no availabile room on first floor. MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AFTER CALL EXPEDIA ABOUT SIX TIMES. COULD NOT EXCESS INTERNET POOR SERVICE. Had to call my telephone carrier in USA TO ADD ON INTERNATIONAL FEATURES IN ORDER TO USE MY PHONE. Another , unforeseen expense. The BLONDE LADY VERY COLD PERSON . She MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU DON’T BELONG THERE. Breakfast was good. Older gentleman in dining area was kind.

nice area, nice helpful staff

Not what we were promised. The pictures on line are not what you get at all. This was a complete bait and switch experience. They claim they have AC but it doesn't cool the room at all. They opened the doors to the outside while we were gone. When we returned the room was filled with bugs and we got eaten alive all night long. The staff and the breakfast was very nice.

Beautiful boutique hotel located a few hundred metres from Bagno Tropicana beach at Sarzana. Very peaceful with all the usual facilities. Only thing missing is a lift to upper floors. Great service and breakfast

d and go to the sea ,to rest . It was a good base for 5 nights stay. Sarsana , at the old center , is a small town like out of a Felini film. Two good restorants at the main piaza , lokal food , not expensive.

We had a wonderful week at Locanda Dell'Angelo,,it was like our little oasis. We almost had the lovely pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The local town of Sarzana is only 10 minutes drive away where you can find lots of lovely restaurants. Well worth a visit.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and pool was perfect for families. Breakfast was good too. The only downside was the area... unless you have a reason to be in this location, it isn't ideal for families as it was overcrowded in the summer season, we had trouble parking anywhere and there was little to do for little ones.

This hotel wasn't very nice and service was terrible. I would avoid it if you can. Air con doesn't work, for Italy and a four star hotel the food was also poor!

Hotel is a few km from anything else, so you need a car. Rooms are good, air conditioning works well, staff are very efficient - check-in was instant with no questions or form-filling (as it should be in any hotel when you've booked through hotels.com but rarely is!). Only two downsides to this hotel are 1) the brutal check-out time of 10am, and 2) they charge you 3 Euros for hot drinks at the (otherwise free and included) breakfast. I don't understand why they do this and I've never seen this is another hotel.

This is very misleading. At best this is a 2.5 star place. After 3 weeks travelling italy it was the worst place i stayed in this price range. Would not recommend or come back.

Great place - we needed a pool after travelling for so long without one so this was a perfect stop for us. The staff were great and very helpful.
