Overall good experience…the cleanliness of the hotel was okay. I could see where they have made repairs in the room and wooded furniture looked a little beat up. The couch did have some stains too. Staff was nice, but lacked room service. We noticed our room was never cleaned and the breakfast was subpar.

Spacious room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for the 4 of us. Free breakfast. In a restaurant area so walkable to food. Need a car to get around outside of this area. Clean and great value.

Hotel is clean. Room is decent sized. Fridge and coffee pot. Breakfast will keep younfrom starving but not amazing.

The room design was interesting, not a cookie cutter rectangle. Beds were comfortable. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. Breakfast was reasonably good, though they often ran out of items and it took awhile to get things restocked. Location right Off Route 1 near two malls and some mediocre restaurants was convenient if uninteresting. Long story short, we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Front desk was so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, Ants are all over the sink. Carpet smells. Breakfast has limited options.

The room looked nice

The hotel has changed hands. I had stayed here multiple times before. I would stay here again but was disappointed that you now have to pay for the better coffee. The pool no longer exists and the entire hotel seemed tired and in need of a thorough clean and refresh. However the linens were clean and it is close to where I needed to be.

We paid for a room high floor with a king-size bed but, during check-in an administrator wanted to give us a 2d floor. I asked her about the high floor because we paid for it. And she answered they didn't have an available room. A few minutes later she found the high floor for us but, it was 2 queen-sized beds there. If you want to have what you paid for, you should pay for insurance.

Staffs were well trained and friendly. Location is great and convenient to shopping centers and other facilities. Overall we loved the property and our 2 nights stay there.

The room smelled musty

Was put in a room where the curtains were torn up & there was a light shining DIRECTLY into the windows. The black out curtains were torn so badly you could see the light on the walls.
