Very nice clean beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. The Manager Tiara helped me with a parking payment issue, and was kind to take time to do that.

The front desk agents were awesome and very helpful. The printer was out of toner and they printed my pdfs! So kind!

There is NO SIGNAGE for shuttle...all hotel shuttles at in same place at denver airport...EXCEPT Courtyard at Tower rd. I paid a cab $50 after waitingn90 minutes at both East and West terminals. When I told them at check in...she offered me a bottle of water

The motel itself is fine. It's just that they charge for _everything_: WiFi, parking, breakfast, coffee. And it's not a cheap motel. I wouldn't stay here again.. there's plenty of motels in this area. I will say that the staff was good and the shuttle was frequent (and that was free).

For an airport hotel, this one is very good in all aspects, including getting room available to meet flight check in times.
