It was nice and staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large, modern and clean with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and I woke up sore--time to upgrade those mattresses. A fire alarm went off late in the evening and was promptly shut off without any explanation or direction to guests. Unclear as to whether or not it was a prank or a reason to evacuate--need to follow up with guests on such serious issues.

This is our goto hotel when in Lakeland for our FSC student. Works so well that when given a choice between on campus or here, our student usually joins us for a "staycation". Great breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Just wish the pool stayed

This was my 5th time staying here. The side and back parking lots are left untouched. Side door was broke for the 4 nights we were there. Breakfast has gone down hill as well. The waffle batter tasted sour. Which was the same as last time. Must be a cheap batter mix.

It was a pleasure staying there once again. We were only dropping off our daughter to college.

Property was convenient to restaurants and shopping. What I didn't like about my stay was that the television wasn't working at all; we only had four channels available, and they didn't offer me to stay in another room.

Room smelled awful upon arrival. I thought maybe someone had used the restroom and didn’t flush. Upon searching for the smell I found the sink dirty with hair and toothpaste spit. I was unable to locate the smell until I went to bed and stepped into standing water. I found that the entire floor was soaked from the window outward 3 to 4 feet. I let the front desk know and they blew it off saying "yeah it's probably from the AC." Woke up with nasal and chest congestion... I definitely feel like it was a health risk staying in this room.

Everything very good, except I was not aware that we had to pay for parking. $10.00 a night.

Was a giant wedding for russians or ukraines or something. Missed out on breakfast becuse they kept shoving me and my kids out of the way to get more food. Extending our stay a night and got a bunch of random fees added on. Front desk dude tried to charge a second pet deposit even though we alrady paid the pet fee. There was blood in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed were dirty

The hotel outside and inside is very clean and the checkin staff was outstanding, she explained everything, was super helpful and even had my room ready earlier than check in time. My room was perfect, king size bed with very large sofa separate area with a mini kitchen area . The a/c worked perfect ,bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would stay here again and was very happy with everything about this hotel.

I really liked the atmosphere

No one should be given a room near the ice machines, without being forewarned that if you are a light sleeper, you will be frequently disturbed by the noise. I checked in late so couldn’t change my room the first night….and had to endure a constantly disturbed night. Poor management and will request a refund for one of my nights.
