Great property and services except for front desk staff wearing masks, not knowing food services available and telling us no, we don't do that when the sign by the bar says they do. Parking lights were out and it didn't make us feel safe.

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was very loud and seemed to be malfunctioning.

I liked the room — it was clean, and the night view from the 6th floor was really nice. However, there were a few issues: there was no microwave, the curtain had a hole, and both the bathroom door and closet were broken and not working. Could use a bit of maintenance.

We stay here quite a lot anytime we are in the DFW area. It’s usually great. This time was kind of weird. There were no channels on the TV. Had to ask about that and it turns out they only had a couple of free channels. Then next, housekeeping services were at 12-4, which was weird. It seems like no matter what time we came back to the room, housekeeping was there. None of this was really problematic nor would it keep us from going back. It was just an odd time.

Very run down and out dated. Saw a huge cockroach roaming the halls. Very smelly like something was rotting.

I had an overall positive experience, but the TV and A/C were old and didn’t not perform as well as other similarly priced hotels I’ve recently stayed. For example, the local channels must use a digital antenna and the reception was not good…made some preferred channels unwatchable. The A/C also struggled to keep the room cool enough. I stayed in a similar sized Hilton hotel room within the past week and had its A/C set at 71 and was very comfortable; while I had to set the Hyatt A/C to 69 and still wasn’t not as comfortable… a wall thermostat my address the A/C issue.

Pretty standard. No safe in the rooms. Bathrooms are oddly built. The door opens barely missing the toilet because it’s small. Just keep pocket doors instead if space is such an issue. But no complaints with the stay at all. Breakfast is standard but ends at 9AM on weekdays so make sure you’re early.

Spent one night there. The breakfast was fine, rooms were clean and neat . The only issue was the shower . There was very little hot water and at best the water got lukewarm. Other than that it was a good stay.

Work on updating the AC system

I liked walking into an open, inviting lobby with friendly personnel. The room was spacious and relaxing
