Convenient location for my purpose in town.

With location and general architecture uniqueness, this could be a cool hotel with professional follow through on aesthetics and hospitality features.

The door to our room was broken and hard to close, the toilet would not flush and bugs were in our room.

Plumbing out of date

I am extremely disappointed that I had to deal with a hurt toe do to this broken dressers. While changing for my event I hit my foot on the dressers not realizing it was broken and not staying closed. I mentioned this issue to 3 different ppl and never heard anything back from management.

Everything was clean and it was quiet. The food was delicious and my husband loved the bar. It was close to the Cedar Grove parking lot for our cruise. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Not pleased. Front desk staff was unwelcoming. My wife and I were waiting at the desk for at least 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by 1 of the 2 staff members standing at the front desk talking.

Way too expensive for what you get. It’s marketed to look like a nice place but it really isn’t. The beds were clean and the staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly however the room was not great overall. Outdated bathroom, trash still in trash cans, the suite was a strange set up, and the headboard was messed up. All it took was a simple push to fix it. It isn’t worth what they charge. Need more amenities and attention to detail in the rooms themselves including the cleaning.

Bathroom towels weren’t clean. Elevator smelled terrible. Only 1 out of 4 elevators were working. Charged double after booking on Expedia and had to talk to front desk twice to get charges removed. Exterior doors were supposed to be locked and only accessible by room key and they were not locked/open to the public.

Elevators were out for 2 days. Walking up 7 flights of stairs was ridiculous. Just received a text and no further information was provided

Good for the value

We liked how close it was to our destination. We also liked the ample parking lot. We think that the hotel needs to work on their AC and a few updates like the bathtubs.

Elevator was out of order for hours

Everything was fine except for the elevator not working and having to walk 10 flights of stairs.

When we got to the hôtel, the elevator was down, we couldn't check in till about almost 6pm. The bartender and cook was the only reason we stayed. But when we got to the room, hours later we notice roaches, Killing one after the other. We left about 7am that morning. Never ever again will we stay here. We will come back on the weekend to buy a drink from the wonderful lady bartender and get a meal.

They would not let us check in and sent us away. They said none of the elevators worked, our room was on the 6th floor and there was no one to help us with our luggage. I am 81 years old and my wife is 78. We had to find another hotel which cost us almost $200 more for our 2 nights than our reservation at the Wyndham. We willl never stay at a Wyndham again.
