What a wonderful experience it was to stay here! Every aspect was amazing! From being welcomed in, using the sparkling clean outdoor pool, our room itself and the delicious breakfast I would recommend this spot 100%!

Exactly what we were looking for!

As we entered we noticed toilet was not clean. We did let the front desk know but change of room was not offered. We didnt sleep well as it was a hot day and ac was not effective. We returned our keys next morning. We contacted hotels.com requesting room stay to be just 1 day (instead of 2 days originally). Hotels.com agents to contact the manager three separate times upon our insistence but they were unsuccessful in reaching manager. We had also tried in person but not able to. We had to go back for 2nd night and requested room change and the 2nd room had working ac at least. Old hotel that smells.

I loved that the rooms that we got put into were close to the doggie area in the back of the property. It was nice and close and convenient. My only complaint is that the room smelled awful from whatever animal was in there prior to our stay. I kept trying to air it out but nothing worked. Other than that our stay was great and we will definitely be back.

Awful smell. Wifi spotty and, when working, not very good. Is actually a comfort inn (even the wifi name says comfort inn). Breakfast is barely audible. More motel than hotel.

This hotel is just far enough off the interstate to be convenient, while not subject to the highway noise. We were hauling a trailer with our UTV and didn't want to drive around looking for someplace to eat that had adequate parking. The girl at the front desk gave us some menus from restaurants that deliver. We ordered from Giovanni's, and they delivered our dinner right to our room. We'll be staying here again later this year with our 44' 5th wheel camper. There is enough parking in the back and I see no issues with getting in and out.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful when needed. The breakfast was pretty good añd the swimming pool was very nice as well. When my family and I come though this area again we will definitely stay at the Baymont hotel

Staff was lovely! The hotel itself is outdated but is clean. The room was humid and the bathroom is tiny with no ventilation. Kudos to housekeeping for keeping it so clean with those conditions. There are strong scents in the lobby and hallways which I suspect are to cover a damp or musty smell. The beds were comfortable. We glanced over the breakfast options and opted to eat offsite.
