First off the hotel is definitely not a high rewards hotel like it advertised it is old and is not kept up the rooms smelled dingy and molding the carpet smells some of the carpet in the rooms and hallways are starting to rolled/pull up the walls in the rooms are nasty and poor drywall/ upkeep. Overall is not worth what they charge and definitely not a 8.6 rating like it’s advertised online I’d have to say a lot of those reviews are fake or people they know cause in no way is this hotel a decent hotel.

Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Clean room. Front desk clerk changed our room to the first floor to accommodate the ease of taking our dog out to the pet area. 5 stars across the board!

We arrived about 8:pm and it was very dark out already and they didn't have the sign light or parking area lights on? It actually made it harder to find the hotel.

The staff are nice, they accept dogs, and there is a GREAT Italian restaurant in the plaza diagonally across the intersection. The property itself is tired- faded stained carpets, all the furniture is chipped. All the rooms smell musty. Today’s bathroom had the toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, BROWN shower water, and the sink stopper broke in the down position.
