“Kisha” checked us in and made sure we had everything that we needed. She provided us with excellent customer service.

The location and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff could use some training on basic friendliness. I spent two separate nights on consecutive weekends. The first was fine. The second however was definitely less so. I was curtly cut off twice by the person who answered while attempting to call for the airport shuttle. Upon arrival at the front desk the Host was courteous but short. In the morning the next desk host denied that I was a silver status member and seemed to take offense when I pointed it out to her. Never once did she smile or act in a welcoming manner. They can do better.

Well maintained property close to JAX airport woth 24 hours free airport shuttle on demand. Very friendly staff and clean property.

Everything was awesome. The staff are so nice and the rooms were beautiful. The restaurant was excellent and we loved the pool.

Even though a noisy high school prom was going on the property was big enough to still be quiet at the bar and they had an outdoor pool that was open really late and early in the morning. A nice pool area. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly very nice property Convenient to the airport, but also a good alternative to staying in the middle of the city of Jacksonville.

The women at they desk were all great, we only had an issue one day with our rooms getting cleaned. Other then that it was great.

Very convenient at the airport for early or late night flights. You can park your car in long term parking nearby and take the hotel shuttle to and from the terminal.

Great stay and when our flight got cancelled they were more than happy to accommodate our needs. Plus the pool was nice.
