The hospitality at this hotel is lacking. The front desk team appeared indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of engaging with guests, they gave scripted responses that didn't address my specific needs. It’s frustrating when you feel like you're talking to a machine rather than a professional service team.

Fantastic breakfast. Yes I felt safe.

Shower drain must have been full of hair or something as it would not drain. One of us got to have a shower because we only stayed one night and no time to have it fixed. Towels all had marks on them Breakfast had no room to sit more than a few guests and there was a bus of people staying. The eggs were from soggy to burnt black on edges, sausages the same way and potatoes to mushy for hash browns. No omlete machine just pancake machine that was out of pancake mix and we had to ask someone not speaking English well to fill it by telling them the machine had a message on it saying it needed to be filled. The staff said back to us "does the machine say so?" Umm did we not just say that. The apple juice was out and we had the same type of conversation getting it filled up. The only fruit available were oranges No oatmeal Probably more I forgot about. It gave us a place to sleep out of the weather that's about all I can say for our experience

Very Clean Room

Clean room, staff are friendly and good breakfast and also the parking are ok .

Staff were very friendly and as I was checking in late it made for at atmosphere that made me feel safe

I stayed at this Comfort Inn a few years ago and it was pretty bleak back then. But I'm glad I decided to give them another chance, because the place has been renovated and is night and day improved. The room this time was very nice, well equipped, clean and inviting and made up each day. The price was reasonable. The staff were helpful.

Thee is great value for money at this discount Hotel. The property, staff and rooms went beyond expectations. The breakfast was plentiful and had a significant amount of Variety. A good place to stay close to the 401.

Very noisy hotel as it’s very close to the 401. I would not recommend this hotel, if you plan on sleeping
