Not worth for the money

Clean room and common areas, friendly stuff, family oriented place. It is a pet friendly hotel, but very quiet

It was alright for the price and location.

Great experience all around

This hotel is being used as a long term residence for new Canadians. The carpet in our room was Filthy and stank strongly of urine.

Staff is not friendly at all. I requested room service for 2 days in a row but they never provided.

The carpet in the room was dirty to the point that my foot stuck to the carpet in one spot and I had to go wash the guck off. The curtains on the window hung over the heater/air conditioner. Could not get heat without opening the curtains and making sure they did not touch the heater. The hot items at the breakfast were not heated, cold eggs, cold hashbrowns and cold sausage.

Check-in was easy, all my questions were answered, I was comfortable and parking was close to my room.

In the first room, the toilet didn't work. Second room, the washroom was filthy.

It was clean and great location. The staff is super friendly

Not worth the money

Nice and friendly staff, very accomodating

Horrible experience. No heat. 6 legged bug in the bathtub. 2nd floor guests noisy all night - refugees with no understanding of common courtesy - called the desk 4 times. They did nothing. Hotel is dirty and falling apart.

One of the adjacent rooms had a dog that started making noise at 3am and didn't stop until 6:00am

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean but a little dated. (It’s time to replace the carpet and faucet of the sink leaks onto the counter).
