The room was lovely and very spacious, and they had a true hot breakfast in the morning which I’m not finding at most of the other hotels!

I love it had an extra room with 2 king beds and a couch bed.

A little run down staff was helpful, it was fine for a last minute need.

Checked in after a 6 hour drive, got to the room to find bugs and hair everywhere. Turned around, checked out and found something far better. 10/10 do not recommend.

Convenient and clean

This was the perfect spot to stop midway home from vacation. It was easy to get to. Room was very neat and clean. Great location very close to several dining choices. Front desk staff was amazing. If they offered more than 5 stars I would give them to Kyle. I made an error in the on line booking date. He helped me correct it and made me feel better about it. Being extremely fatigued from traveling all week, that simple act was lovely.

The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was very good.

This was a great location in Winston Salem. It's tucked right off the main strip near the mall away from the chaotic traffic, but still just a few minutes from the mall and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good too. The gentleman at the front desk was like a trip back in time with his professionalism, kindness, and conversation. The only negative thing I could possibly point out is the extior could use a good pressure washing, for curb appeal, however that's not going to stop me from this location being my go to when I'm in the area.

We needed to reserve our room early due to my husband having surgery that day. We needed a first floor room and two beds. When I called, I was accommodated immediately and when we arrived earlier than check in time, our room was ready for us. It was large and very clean. The included breakfast was very fresh and delicious with a good variety. I don’t expect much from hotel breakfast and this was a delightful surprise. The only negative I experienced is that the rooms are not very soundproof, it was noisy from others above us. It’s conveniently located near much shopping and restaurants. I would recommend it, great value for the money.

The hotel next door is an eyesore but the confort inn was great. The service was quick and friendly and the staff was very nice. The inside of the hotel is well designed and clean. And the room i was in i give it an A+. I will come here again if i have to visit Winston-Salem.

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Nice, large room. I would suggest an upgrade in towel quality, but not a deal breaker.

Karen was very helpful and polite.

Staff was pleasant and great. Our was ok. Bathroom would not shut properly and while it was overall ok it just wasn’t as clean as it could have been.
