Good place

The property was easy to find. Lots of parking and except for a few minutes just after 10pm, was largely quiet in the hallway.

Bed wa very comfortable! Nice staff

The room was too warm (the heat was on) and there was no way to control it. Breakfast was mediocre.

This is a motel - not a hotel. The most basic amenities and zero sense of safety or privacy. I checked out after 3 hours.

Convenient

Properly was clean . Lots of area out back with picnic tables to sit on a nice weather evening. I saw a skunk wandering by the garbage area and was told that they are a bit of an issue. Bed was comfortable rooms were updated . No Kuerig in room just a old coffee maker with average coffee. I would stay there again if working in the Burlington Oakville area

Very clean and beautiful decor. All staff are very lovely and treat everyone so nicely. Great amenities.

Well I don’t know if our expectations were to high for our stay at the Comfort Inn, Burlington, but this property furniture is a bit run down and the 2 queen room was very crowded with everything crammed into it. Management was not very friendly with their staff as my wife and I heard the manager tearing a strip off one of the cleaning staff, and when I say tearing a strip off, I mean under normal circumstances this manager would have been brought up on harassment charges. Overall our stay was not great and we would recommend moving on to any other hotel instead of staying here.

Terrible dirty pace, heating didnt work, bugs in our sink and pubes stuck to the wall. Place refused to give a refund

Good Breakfast, clean rooms, could use more lighting

The staff was friendly and the shops are nearby. Our bedroom was on the first floor and unfortunately there was a noise until 2am in the morning and we couldn't sleep. Also, the doors to the parking lot at the back of the hotel were open the entire evening, which presents a significant security risk. We felt uneasy knowing that anyone could access the building without restriction, and it diminished our overall sense of safety during our stay. The breakfast was good.
