Shower has no water pressure, jetted tubs jets don't work, room was spacious and nice set up, fridge didn't cool, rooms weren't sound proof like listed but wasnt bad, bed was comfy and staff was nice, breakfast is only like toast bagels boiled eggs and coffee

I ended up rebooking due to a scheduling error and was not allowed to cancel even though I was told by the agent that I could do so by contacting the hotel directly- so I paid twice for nothing

I could have other guests through walls, I had items stolen from my room. Staff unfriendly and rude.

Chosen for the proximity to GOTL, walnut beach and grand river area. Also the jacuzzi tub in room and continental breakfast. The exterior grounds were disappointing along with the jacuzzi cracked tub bottom surface. Once the curtains were open we noticed the upper window frame has crumbled plaster and the outside area looked full of weeds where im guessing a swimming pool once was located.Parking lot is in need of attention. We did not use the ac unit in room but did look at the filters of the ac and was appalled by the amount of lint, dust and hair on them. I have severe allergies and this would have affected me greatly. Very disappointed with our stay. Building obviously is very old and not bringing in the revenue for normal upkeep and required maintenance. Staff were polite and breakfast was well done.

Outside looked dumpy but the room was updated, nice and clean. Service was great , staff was friendly. Security safety latch was brock in our room.

It's clean and comfortable. It's showing its age a bit, but it worked for a night.

Nice people but the facility is old the dryer was broken the sink drain was broken but it had a nice comfortable bed and a hot shower, although it took a while for the water to get warm

Next door neighbors were noisy in the middle of the night. Breakfast, however, was decent

My shower head felt like it wanted to blow up before the water even came out… my fridge sounded like it wanted to walk out the hotel… and I peeped a bug I’ll never come back…. It was my worst experience in a hotel.

The place is huge. The downstairs hallway is at least as long as a football field. And there are three floors.

Time to tear it down old run down bathroom shower barley worked and leaked around handles no pressure mold everywhere and bedding stained

The room was not clean there was hair all over the tub, the floor was very dirty and we found a sock that was not ours and in our other room there were hair clippings in the sink, plus a dirty q-tip on the floor. Cleaning crew was knocking on our door long before we had to check out. Our room keys were disabled, we went to breakfast and came back and couldn’t get back in

The room was clean but the facility was in need of repair and upkeep. The breakfast was true continental. The price was great.

We checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. There were questionable stains on the pillows and the walls. My friend’s pillow had someone else’s hair on it. There was a stale smell in the room and the pillows smelled stale as well. The biggest thing was that the bathroom floor/around the toilet and in the tub all had a bunch of pubic hair. They checked our room and apologized and gave us a full refund. The only upside was that the girl at the front desk was very nice!
