I was charged $5 a day for parking for 6 days and it was never discussed or brought up about parking charges. Had fire alarm stoves flashing all night long. Under construction all around property with limited access and not very well marked.

The whole place was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay here again and will recommend to others.

The staff was amazing and willing to help. They made a good trip oit of a trip that started with a few issues.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. Between the pool and Cowabunga's indoor playground, we were able to find fun activities for our 4 year old. Many food options, too! We will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in this area in the future.

Loads of young children (I mean dozens of them) running up and down hallways knocking on doors and slapping walls until way past midnight. Calls to the front desk to complain were met with comments such as “we are sold out”. I can’t for the life of me understand why any responsible adult would allow their children (some as young as 10 or 12) to run around that late at night raising such a ruckus. Totally unacceptable parenting and a terrible response from management. Last stay at a Marriott Courtyard!

Most comfortable bed I've slept in at any hotel. Tons of extra space. No free breakfast, but there is a breakfast bar that I didn't get a chance to try out. Staff was extremely friendly. The attendant that checked me in even fist bumped me at the end of our conversation. I don't know if it was appropriate, but it made me feel comfortable.

I like the fact there was a balcony on the outside of our room. The staff was helpful, and it was clean, quiet and peaceful even though we were place by the elevators.

We were in the area to attend SNHU graduation. The location to the arena was perfect!

You can tell the hotel was renovated but it doesn’t appear that it’s being kept up with. Our room had a huge stain on the floor halfway under the couch. The water from the sink came out cloudy white. The ice machine didn’t work. Just poor quality for such an expensive price.

I liked the many choices around the hotel.
