The property has been recently refreshed with new carpeting. It is very clean and fresh looking.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to sleep til my next flight. The hotel/room had been beautifully updated, well cleaned and it helped make an unpleasant evening much better. The shuttle drives were also welcoming and informative.

Called for a pickup from the airport and even after speaking with someone had to wait over an hour at 5a.m.

I had an early pickup (4:40 am) and the front desk associate could not have been more kind or more helpful! She put a smile on all of our faces

Jackie at the front desk was amazing! I really liked that the hallways were well padded so you didnt hear everyone going by. The room was very quiet as well.

The courtyard is an excellent place however it was a bit off putting being questioned about my disability when I specifically booked a disability room. The room did not have clear instructions on how to use the hearing services and not the typical devices found in most hotels that offer disabled rooms. I did not rate the area around the property because I was only there for a short time and did not explore.

Very nice and shuttle was convenient

I've stayed here once before and it's been great each time. Super friendly and professional shuttle drivers and very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile for you. Love this place!

This happened to me before staying here and it happened again this time. The shuttle service is awful! Waited over 40 minutes and made multiple calls to the hotel for the shuttle and was given inaccurate times over and over. All other hotels had looped several times at the airport and they hadn’t even shown up once. When the driver came he was in a bad mood as if he was being inconvenienced and slammed the shuttle door shut with an attitude. As nice as the rooms and the rest of the hotel are. I don’t think I can stay here solely on the shuttle service.

Tv did not work & staff cld not fix it. Phones did not work. Tx went on in middle of nite when i had early flight. Want refund
