It’s a god place to stay

Good enough for one night

sink - Could not hold water. TV - very limited selection of channels - no Canadian sports Jays or leafs. Streamers had lots of choices. Light next to bed did not work. Everything else was ok. Was just there to sleep.

Staff was very helpful and inquired about my satisfaction with the room at the start of my stay. The breakfast is very basic but a convenient feature.

Meat with breakfast would be better. Heater vents very old & loud. Beds could be a little more comfortable. Was not handicap acceptable anywhere. Bathtubs very old. Manager on duty Samantha was the greatest. Hotel outside doors kept unlocked, not very safe. Should only be able to enter with room dor key

Had a great stay

Nothing wrong with this place. For what you pay it’s more than 5 star. Clean, breakfast is enough and front desk gets a 10 star from me.

The manager was delightful!

very easy to locate, receptionists were very attentive and professional. free breakfast was very minimal, the muffins were hard to eat. the cleaning young man on the 2nd floor was smelling really bad, had th whole floor smelling like dirty arm pits.

The bathroom felt small and gross; could use an update. The room itself was nice and spacious. The door latch was missing a piece, so it couldn’t be properly secured. The pillows I felt were quite comfortable, but my husband found them small.

Staff was great

The front desk worker was rude and argumentative and needs to rethink working in hotel services. I arrived late, not anticipating bringing extra kids with me he insisted they were a fire hazard. They are small children. Clearly they could fit on the two beds in the room. I was prepared to leave. I will not be returning to this hotel.
