I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The rooms were dirty and smelled really bad, the air conditioners was off when we checked in so the rooms were really hot and stinky, also there were cockroaches everywhere inside the room. Really nasty. I never ever will rent this hotel anymore.

Staff very attentive, great customer service. However, they had limited towls and old. Restroom could use some cleaning as there was spider webs.

Cockroaches on the room and kitchen , no hot water dirty bathroom and the shower throw a lot a water out of the shower area to expensive for the condition of the hotel

Ana the receptionist was very professional, friendly make me feel welcome at the Time of check in. the other personnel at the time of check out not friendly at all. I didn't like that they didn't have a phone service to call room to room, the girls at the front desk stated that she can't call the rooms either was very inconvenient because I had an issue with my phone couldn't contact my friends we had a conflict. The security guards both were very helpful friendly and professional.

Room are real outdated not cleaned well and have a bad smell nasty!

I had bugs (cucarachas) in the room and had a moldy smell. I was not pleased with the stay but I need to stay there because of convenience. I would not recommend any family members to stay there
