The front desk person was so nice, nice clean room.

Lobby and room were spotless. Very good experience.

It was ok the person at the front desk was half sleep when I arrived around 11:30 pm, she didn’t even talk to me, the breakfast was basically sweets only

Nice lady

Ok it’s winter. I get it. But when it snows, you better plow the parking lot and shovel the walkways . These areas are totally iced over now, making it difficult to walk. Talk about a safety liability. Someone slips on the ice and falls? Big lawsuit because of negligence.

Dairy Queen and very nice

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Snow was not removed in the parking lot.

The manager was nice. Property inside hotel, clean and safe. Breakfast serviceable. Area outside concerning. I would stay here again, but only in a pinch.

The bathroom is very small, and it was full of hair and not clean, coffee was cold and none. Breakfast is very limited to very few items.
