Wonderful staff, nice hotel and good breakfast

I needed a one-night stay while taking care of family business. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness I experienced at this hotel, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with options that included even waffles and biscuits & gravy included - all for a very reasonable price!

Desk clerk was amazing. Breakfast was a little sparce.No hot tub.

It didn’t smell good, a man was sleeping in hallway, definitely needs restoration. It was clean though and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We came up for an exploration of Iron Mountain during the Winter. We had visited during the Summer several years ago and wanted to come visit again.

Clean, but smells of cigarettes even though it is a smoke free facility. Did not have shampoo in room. The beds are noisy; frames are made of metal. Sounds like thunder getting into and out of the bed. Low class.

My night was extremely disappointing as my TV in our bedroom suite did not work and I had walked back and forth 5 times so try to fix it and the poor girl couldn't help. I am still waiting for some kids of refund because it's honestly sad you guys are okay with your guest being so disappointed. It smelled funny and wasn't super clean. It's not like it's THAT cheap 117 is a good amount and its sad that we have a broken TV. Plus the TV in the living room went in and out and the couch was terriblely uncomfortable.

We didnt like anything about the Baymont. Hotel had a funky smell to it and the pool area was very dark like a dungeon. Spa was empty and unoperable.

My room was on the back side so very quiet. The drain in the sink did not work and the shower curtain was too short allowing water to spill onto the floor.

This property has made many improvements. My room was completely remodeled and very clean. The hallways have old carpet and not so clean and parking lot needs some cleaning. The breakfast is nice, and squeaky clean. The exercise room is in an out of the way place in the basement that isn't a good location at all. It's hard to reach someone by phone sometimes. Location is great, restaurant next door and others close by. Staff is very nice, especially Preti.

Great, helpful staff. Room and property were dirty, neglected and in need of some priority repairs.
