They do everything right.

Room overlooking the estuary was beautiful and loads of space. The complimentary gin always goes down well. Staff so friendly and helpful and we loved our stay. So close to amenities in padstow and can literally just walk to restaurants and pubs. Amazing

Most friendly staff i have experienced in many years. Super helpful and welcoming to the hotel. Had lunch in the Jetty Restaurant which we just couldnt fault. Room overlooking Padstow and the estuary so just couldnt wish for better or more.

The rooms were far too hot-one of our bedroom windows was broken. Even using the fan provided the temperature was unbearable. This was the same in the restaurant. What the temperature felt like in the height of summer one can only guess.

Another relaxing stay in Padstow. Good views over the town and estuary. Pity the chairs coudn't be set up more easily to take advantage of the view.

Staff and room fantastic, parking not great but expected from an old building

The room was large, clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was modern & clean.

We initially has a garden room, but had to move the following day, as this room was directly underneath the restaurant. There was a great deal of noise from staff, walking about, cleaning and moving furniture until 02:30. This started again at 06:30. Consequently we were not able to sleep. It was a pity as the room itself was superb. The staff were very friendly and attended to our issue without hesitation.

Lovely stay, The hotel was very clean and comfy. Yes check in and breakfast was lovely.

We had 3 very enjoyable nights at the Harbour hotel. Our room was lovely it opened up onto the garden which was great. The bar was lovely and so was the restaurant, the continental breakfast was varied and delicious plus you could order cooked breakfast for a £10 supplement which we did one day for a change. The staff were all lovely too, we shall definitely be back,

Location ,views , friendly staff are the positive but general maintenance and carpets all need attention, even windows with the seagull poop can be cleaned, take down the fact of having a pool and the availability of bike’s , but otherwise a great location Thankyou

Nice staff, comfy bed, nice bathroom, very clean but tired. Didn't like flashing blue light from detectors during the night.

We stayed at HHP for my partners birthday in the sea view deluxe room and it was cracking, views stunning, and breakfast good standard. Only negative is that we were put in a room directly above the wedding reception room, when we returned from dinner at 10pm ready for bed the party had started and went on until 11:50pm, the music was so loud that the glasses in our room was rattling and even when it stopped my head was pounding so took some time to get to bed 2 and a bit hours after we intended. When raised with them the next day the staff did give us a small discount on the nightly rate for that evening which was appreciated but feel like we should have been placed in a different room in advance knowing they had a wedding and also should have been told on check in what time the music would be on until etc. Felt a bit that they could have been a lot more proactive in their planning or letting me know at booking there was a wedding on and the room allocated would be effected.

Sadly yet again we had issues with mould and stains in the bathroom . The hotel staff were quick to blame the age of thr facilities however after the first application of bleach things were improved . Maintenance were sent on the second day which helped . It was without doubt not cleaned properly to allow the black mould and stains on the grout get as bad as they were . Cleaning products need serious updating to stop this happening again I can’t fault the staff , attentive , polite and apologetic but the standard was simply unacceptable

We were put in a room with a very loud fan outside our room which was extremely noisy. There is no space in the car park and so every day we have had to pay £12 extra to park the car, this is a total of £60 in car parking. There is also loud banging above our hotel room. The hotel needs hoovering and is not tidy in places. Room not cleaned properly, dirty mugs left in our room and not replaced. Also the restaurant menu is very limited if you can not eat sea food. Overall not worth the price we have paid and all the extra charges are not great, we contact the hotel and Expedia for a refund and neither assisted. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff extremely helpful and polite. From room staff to restaurant and reception very well trained!! Restaurant a little on the expensive side!!
