extremely comfortable bed. Central location. Only the main reception and restaurant are in the traditional building. the rooms are add on. overall very nice stay. One small suggestion would be to lower the lighting in the restaurant and bar as it was too light and put us off eating there. I would recommend the hotel.

Perfectly placed to explore Stratford on foot (even if slightly mobility impaired) Great swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast plentiful with hot food to order. No issue with parking, plenty of spaces even though it was busy. Family room spacious and our 12 yr old slept on the sofa bed which she thought was comfy. Great two night stay

The location was great, a short walk into the centre. However, this is a budget spa hotel. The rooms are small, bed was creaky, steam room out of order. Facilities dated. Like a budget airline they hit you with charges wherever they can. The car park at £7 a day is a joke, it's not the centre of London. Want avocados on your toast or salmon £5 and maybe just eat somewhere else.

The hotel is a little dated and could do with a freshen up. Reception staff are nice however, in the dining was a bit faulty towers at times complete with a Basil Faulty ! Drinks at the bar were extortionate and £25. For breakfast is just not worth it. The fire alarm went off twice whilst we stayed and we only stayed one night. The second time was during breakfast and we had to assemble outside. When we came back in our breakfasts had obviously gone cold but there was no offer to replace or reheat it. We wouldn’t stay again.

Bed was very comfy. ISSUES - - Your Breakfast manager (Michael??) the older gentleman was one of the rudest and most disorganised hotel staff I think I have ever seen. He shouted at me as I tried to sit with fellow colleagues as I had not gone through his process of standing in line and being checked in..!!! The fact is this process he has takes ages and we were all in a hurry as I explained to him. This did not register with him and he carried on raising his voice if anyone dare to speak out about his ridiculous way of working. He should NOT be dealing with customers. ALSO - Hotel bar.... 3 double Baileys with ice £44 |Seriously??? Canceled the order, had singles. A bottle of Baileys 1L costs £12 retail less at wholesale prices. WHy charge so much in the hotel.

No disabled parking available that is accessible to hotel entrance other than one space taken by non disabled guest. No EV charging as petrol/diesel cars parked in the bays. No enforcement by hotel. Room had bad drain smell. Shower was weak and temperature turned down to couldn’t have a hot shower. Room was in a warren of corridors. Single glazed rusty metal windows. Access to room is difficult. I was given a map to find my room!! Spa was tired and again showers broken.
