Brilliant hotel in a fantastic location 😊

The hotel is in an excellent location. Everything in Stratford is in easy walking distance. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The only downside is the £8 overnight car parking charge.

We received a warm welcome at check-in and enjoyed nice sized room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel has a good amount of parking (at a very reasonable rate) and a good offering at breakfast. I’d definitely look to stay here again. 4 stars instead of 5 due to dirty glassware in the room, tired-looking carpet and not enough coffee provided in the room.

Close to downtown. There was a mini fridge in our room.

Perfect location with a short walk across the foot bridge to the RSC and other major attractions, and abundant shops, and restaurants. The hotel has an old English charm and though the decor is a bit worn and dated, the staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Very comfortable bed and excellent location

What a gem of a hotel. Check in with Sam was a delight, room although maybe requiring a little TLC, was fab. We took the dog and he was catered for us much as us!! The only gripe, and it’s minor was the eggs Benedict at breakfast was poor!! That said would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great stay. Staff really friendly and dog friendly room. Room was so clean and as it was a 50th Birthday celebration the hotel left some Prosecco and chocolates and a handwritten note as well as dog treats and toy. What a big surprise and we all loved it. Definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location for theatre and town centre

A very good stay thank you. I think the hotel is fine but needs modernising. It seems tired and not worth 4* more like 3.5* I will be staying another time and will recommend to friends. Thank you

Nice hotel with great location and view. Reception manned 24 hours and really helpful. Welcoming seats to relax in foyer but a bit chilly in the evening. Room had everything you needed , though pillows were flat with very noisy cotton which disturbed sleep unfortunately. Two chairs in room which is always good as a couple. Ate in the pub both evenings, one meal lovely but unfortunately fish and chips was not!! Breakfast was a good selection, fresh fruit and yoghurt was lovely.
