Went for one night it was an awesome stay !

i would like my money to be refunded, the room i requested was sofa room or sofa bed room i didn’t not get the room i requested so i just checked out hour after checking in

Stayed last week toilet didn’t work so this week spoke to receptionist who upgraded me. But, instead of the Kingsize I booked they gave me a double bed & a sofa bed.🙄 went back to the Manager who gave me just a standard kingsize bedroom. I tried very hard to sleep but the bed had a very noticeable dent in the middle which I kept sinking into. So got up & left at 11pm & complained to Manager but he wasn’t interested. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather stay in a premier inn than this Holiday Inn

Great room! We were surprised and very good for the family especially for two year olds. The only thing is that our room didn’t have a fridge? Maybe it is because you need to pay slightly extra for the premium room but would have been good to know if the room came with a fridge or not. Having a two year old we needed to store milk!

The toilet didn’t flush in the room. Didn’t realise till much later in the evening. Mentioned to receptionist in the morning as very disappointed. She said could have changed rooms or got housekeeping in but I didn’t want any of that as it was late & I was tired. Just needed a basic requirement like a toilet in working order.

Friendly staff, nice and clean however, our bed legs shattered, we were given another room, which was a standard room and not refunded the extra I paid for bigger room.

Conveniently located hotel just off junction 11 of the M4. Rooms are comfortable and have all the basics, would be nice if there was a room safe. Did not use the bar or restaurant.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just off the M4. Very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities expected in the room. There is a breakfast, but i didn't have time. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to staying again.

What I liked best about this property were the reception staff, both the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out were delightful. In particular the person checking us in was wonderful, we were having such a bad journey resulting in the hotel booking as an unplanned expense and she cheered me right up. Breakfast was pretty good too, plenty of options. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Not the best Holiday Inn we have stayed in, the room smelt damp on arrival, we could hear every footstep from the room above, the room was cold despite the heater being on. They provided one very small quilt for the sofa bed for my two children.

I did not appreciate the spotlights on the parkinglot outside my window. However, I can understand why they're there. Besides that, no complaints.

It was an amazing stay. I spent a night and feels homely.

The bedroom was spacious, although the bathroom could have done with another six inches to make it perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, We dinned on Saturday evening with family, and although there were two other events happening at the same time, we were well taken care of, and the food excellent. Sunday morning breakfast was a bit busy, which was to be expected, a heads-up would have been useful so that we could have eaten a little later after the coach parties had left. We had difficulties with booking parking at the same time as room, for cost reasons did not want the flexible option, so we had to wait for the day before to book both room and parking, this was annoying. Not sure if this was down to Expedia or the hotel, but it is something that should be fixed.
