Great location, clean hotel, breakfast was excellent. Parking Was reasonable at £10, only issue was that room was a little tired and could do with modernizing. Friendly staff, would stay again.

The room is as spacious and clean. The choice at breakfast good. The staff efficient. It was a good base for exploring Hull old town and marina. We were given a room overlooking the busy ring road and the noise meant keeping windows closed. It would have been nice to have been allocated a room on the other side overlooking the marina especially as the hotel didn’t seem full. Car parking was £10 a day which seemed excessive as the space was right outside the hotel seemingly on their own land and there were plenty free spaces each day. Outside seating area overlooking the marina needed tidying up .

Really nice room ... a few complimentary drinks in the mini fridge.. helpful staff .. really nice cooked breakfast.. quick room service.. only one small issue is that there wasn't any USB chargers in the room so dont forget your charging plug

Great room in a good location - aircon worked a treat!

The bedroom & bathroom were both very clean but could do with some modernisation. The breakfast was delicious amazing selection. The location was perfect for us as my son was playing an ice hockey tournament less than 5 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back if he plays there again the staff were so helpful & friendly.

What a fantastic stay. Staff could not have been more helpful on my recent stay. Very convenient location especially since the roads are open again after the construction work. Clean rooms, well stocked, lovely breakfasts.

The staff were really nice and helpful and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean but very very dated and worn and really in need of an upgrade

The property is in need of a refurb as it is looking tired in places. Staff were helpful and polite. Outside seating was insuficient on this sunny weekend. Cooked breakfast was good but the continental (cheese & ham etc) was woefully poor. In the light of recent events the security was bad, entry to the rooms via lift and stairs was not controlled in any way so anyone could walk in off the street and have access. Location, location, location is the big plus for this hotel all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Not bad but expensive

We stay here several times a year when visiting family and it has a great location by the marina and old town. Always friendly staff here to help and a bonus is that it's also pet-friendly. Starting to look a little faded in places, but in the main it's still good.

Nice food, good staff

Great staff and location , shops , bars , restaurants all a shirt walk away . brilliant atmosphere in and around the marina area

Staff are great, as soon as you enter and make your way to reception you are greeted with warm and friendly staff. Good quick sufficient checking in. The room looked at bit tired, shower pressure was good but the shower was like something from the 80’s. The room was large and great view of the marina. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. For the price I think the rooms did not match up well.

Clean tidy and a great location

Lovely view from the balcony, unfortunately you are unable to go out onto the balcony due to only being able to open the door about 4 inches as there are security straps on them.
