It’s a good hotel but the rooms are very old and they could be cleaner

Lovely hotel, lovely staff! Bed and pillows were a little too firm for us but overall a good stay.

Travelled for work and had a good experience on the whole. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; very chatty and smiley which was nice and it felt very authentic. Very quiet and slept well. The only minor gripe was the food in the restaurant wasn’t the best; I had a pizza and it tasted very much like a lower end supermarket pre-made pizza. Other than that, it was brilliant.

We had a noisy to start with but the staff pro-actively moved us to another room that was much better

Was great for attending the event at the Farnborough Expo center. Lobby was very nice. Food better than average for a hotel. Room VERY tired. And, you could not control the climate system. Either blasting hot or turned off (and cold). Honestly a bit expensive for what you get but I guess the options are limited.

staying in room 434, when I arrived the temp was set to 23 degrees which, in that room was far too hot. I tried opening the window but this room opens directly onto the air con vents so it was noisy and hot. I set the aircon as low as possible and closed the window but the room never reached a comfortable temperature, preventing me from getting much sleep at all

Just standard, rooms were small and functional. Gym was decent and social areas were nice.

Beautiful clean hotel, beds are comfortable, the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed there, because of the party.I and many others thought.Considering we paid for the function room, catering,and the number of rooms booked for guest. The prices you were charging for drinks was far too much.Considering there was a separate bar in the venue.There was no need to charge so much. For this reason only .We would not recommend your venue.

The staff were lovely, the beds were super comfortable and the room was a decent size. It was a little cold especially in the bathroom. Kids were running in the halls at 6am - not necessarily the hotels fault.

It did not feel like a Holiday Inn. I gave my IHG number to reception but I had booked via an agency so they did not seem to know what to do with it. I dont think that the meal we ate was awrded points. Certainly the stay was not. Breakfast was excellent. There was a chef and friendly staff on hand. Reception staff were helpful about taxis and buses

Enjoyed my stay but you should seriously think about having an app/scan me for room service as a deaf person I struggled to use the hotel phone
