Was there for our daughter’s graduation. Room was clean and big enough for our two other children.

I was disappointed no guest laundry. Otherwise, it was ok. Not exactly like other Americinns I have been to, but it worked fine for an overnight.

Loved that they had an alternative milk choice for coffee in the morning, and that they had veggie sausage! Thank you!

Worst stay I have ever had. Felt very unsafe, the room was dirty, hotel was loud and the staff was terribly rude and unaccommodating.

This hotel was ok for the money spent but we were not impressed. The room wasn’t dirty and gross but was definitely not clean. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t very good tasting and no one in our group thought it was good. I think because it is a quick stop off the highway a few standards have fallen. We were thankful for the place to rest and if needed would stay again but would try to stay somewhere else first

One of the better hotels in Hays KS. Would recommend it and will stay here again when passing through.

Clean and friendly

Great facility and friendly staff! We stayed on our way to Colorado and again on our way back from Colorado.

Great beds! Loved that the pool was indoors and open late . Nice fitness room. Room was a little humid, but cooled down after awhile.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. The staff was rude, the property was unsafe and unbelievably filthy. Do not stay here ever.

I wrote a book and it disappeared

The room was good with comfortable beds & clean appearance. Front desk staff was very friendly. Free breakfast buffet was mediocre, but adequate enough to get our day started to get back on the road.

Ok hotel. A little expensive for what you got but was in a great safe location and offered higher end shampoo conditioner and body wash which was nice. The 2nd floor and the rooms kind of smelled like wet carpet or gym sneakers but the staff was kind and accommodating

It is an older hotel, but clean and priced right. The staff is very friendly and the beds were some of the most comfortable ones I have slept in.

Hotel was not very clean. Spider in the bathtub. Bathroom smelling like sewage and very very poor breakfast. It was actually very funny watching the breakfast staff replacing food at the breakfast area. When bacon was over, she would go into the kitchen and comeback with 3 slices of bacon. Or maybe 2 spoons of egg. Not very good at all.

Perfect for an overnight stop on our road trip. Close to dining options and a store for supplies.Clean, quiet, decent breakfast.
