Horrible facilities. Dirty and small rooms. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Good location, facility is outdated

Pools need some shaded areas and more umbrellas for the lounging chairs

We stayed only 1 night but the rooms were great. Accessible to the beach. Ppl were really nice. Great all around

Myself and my family had a wonderful time here. Everything was clean and fairly well maintained with only a couple of exceptions. Our room was facing the beach, and there's a slanted metal roof over the parking garage that the rooms sit above. It had been neglected and had holes throughout it. The laundry facility, although small, would have had enough machines had the majority of them not been out of order. The washer I used broke mid-cucle and I had to wait for another machine to restart all over again. By that time, all the working dryers were taken so I set our clothes on the patio to dry. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had a wide selection Compared to other Four Points properties, however, I've had better quality. The food was like warm and slightly underseasoned but it got the job done. You definitely need to have transportation on standby as there isn't a whole lot within walking distance if you have physical limitations but it didn't stop me from taking a walk to get a coffee drink down by the AJs pier. All-in-all it was very good and I'd stay there again.

Very clean and friendly

I have nothing to complain about its not four seasons but its children and pet friendly. They keep up with the landscape and beach area. We had a balcony beach view, and it was a nice room. Service wasn't A rating but i have no complaints. I would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice hotel. The walk to the beach from my room was less than 7mins (hotel’s beach entrance). Room was nice, clean and cold. The only real head scratcher is how small the bathroom is. The bathroom door can literally go between my thighs while I sit on the toilet LOL.

The check in was quick. Room is clean. When I asked for things that I needed like extra creamer and coffee, they were quick. I appreciated that because we were tired from walking around the area.

Great stay with a beautiful balcony view! The kids loved it! Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive to my needs! Great 3day vacation!

My only problem was upon check in the room was out of shampoo, body wash, and there was no additional toilet paper. Limited towels as well. Staff was very prompt to bring supplies once I called.

This property is old and in need of updating. Beach front rooms are not the same as advertised.

Front desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean . Bed was comfortable. Although breakfast was not free , it was great restaurant quality with a variety of food , fruits , and juices. We had chosen the breakfast option when booking , so didn't have to pay the standard breakfast price. Some other guests used the $25 daily food and beverage allowance to pay for their breakfast . Downside is housekeeping only every other day . Some remodeling going on , which didn't bother us. Road work near hotel made for traffic congestion at entrance and exit of hotel but this should ease after bridge work is complete. I would definitely stay here again. . .

Unresponsive staff

Nobody answered phone. There was no shampoo and conditioner and front won’t refill as we arrived early morning.
