This hotel, from the staff, to the restaurant, to the rooms, was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They have thought of every little thing to make your stay the best it can be. Loved the modern rooms with character, the amenities, and the service. The staff went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

The property was modern, clean and excellently run. The highlight was the customer service, with the receptionist Naj making the stay comfortable and ensuring we never missed out on any fun activities in or around the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back again soon.

Easy and convenient contactless checkin/out process, well appointed rooms

The staff is AMAZING! Extremely professional. They will do anything to accommodate your needs. The place really feels like a 4-star hotel. The location is great too, honestly speaking, you don’t need to stay in Banff. This hotel is only 20’ away from Banff so super convenient.

We stayed at MTN House by Basecamp in Canmore for one night and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, modern, and welcoming, perfect for a mountain getaway. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Rockies, and waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. There was a cute little photo studio space in the lobby, a fun spot to snap some memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape in the heart of the mountains.

Great stay for a night while heading home. Hotel is right off the highway so easy access.

Self check-in feature is pretty cool. The staff were great in helping me recover the vest I left in our room upon check-out and helping us restock our caffeinated coffee pods during our stay. Also the fact the coffee in the room is Nespresso is a huge bonus! Efficient use of room space. Would have liked it if the restaurant and hot tub had longer hours but definitely not a deal-breaker. Will be more than happy to stay there again!

Already planning my next trip to stay here. Amazing place can’t say enough. No pool so kiddos might get bored but they have board games available to keep them busy. Rooms spacious, modern and clean. I appreciate the no key, key pad feature.

Check in and out was every easy, all done on line. Was quiet and everything appeared new. Was some construction behind hotel, but didn't hear anything.

This hotel is so beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and cozy and a place where you actually want to relax and hang out. The bathroom, finishings, linens, lighting, decorations, everything was top notch. I would love to return to this hotel. The short rib beef dip sandwich in the restaurant was amazing.
