Great hotel

We were disappointed with front end staff. I found them to be quite cold and somewhat impolite. Also we were very disappointed with no restaurant service for lunch and dinner. No complimentary coffee or water in lobby area considering no restaurant service. There was a breakfast cooler with very expensive offerings. Example $12 for a breakfast sandwich, hmmmm Also found music in lobby to be annoying. Louder than should be.

Beautiful hotel in Canmore. Everything was clean, bed was comfy and we both loved the overall vibe of the place. The restaurant was very nice too. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were only here for a short trip but had a great experience.

Hotel itself very nice, the room and its amenities very clean. Loved the nespresso in the suite for morning coffee. Hot tub and area was clean and good temp. Wood burning fireplace in the lobby was lovely. The suite’s TV’s chromecast was not working at all, so we couldn’t watch a movie which was frustrating as we had planned to. Overall, we still had a good time and would return.
