Excellent, great restaurant

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff either didn't understand english, or was too busy to be helpful. Have to pay for parking, not included in price. No food included.

Liked the bed, room, and Sauna.Female front desk Staff was not overly welcoming at check in. But when needed assistance with plastic wear the gentleman working was friendly.

Very good breakfast for the most part. The potatoes were very dry. Not a lot of pastry options. We had to move rooms 3 times to get a clean room. But got one. Staff were ok. Not very welcoming. Very little parking.

Everything was good and excellent

The room was clean and conveniently located. 24 hr A&W across the street. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. And the shuttle driver wasn't using hands free to talk on the phone.

Family weekend get away, fantastic hotel, everything in the place was great, lots of parking, great staff, nice lobby, excellent breakfast, mica bar, great pool, hot time in the sauna.

Shuttle staff were helpful and reliable.

Everything was great from checking in. The stay the shuttle bus to and from airport and the check out.

We always prefer to stay at Hilton whenever possible bcoz they never disappoint when it comes to cleanliness and service and overall quality of the rooms!

Handy to the airport, parking and shuttle to and from airport went well.

Parking was limited especially if you have a bigger vehicle. But it was a nice clean hotel.

The staff was very helpful but the facility was not up to my standards. The bathtub was very slippery and the showerhead just ok. The breakfast was acceptable but somewhat pricey. The coffee was terrible. The warm chocolate chip cookies were great.

Washroom Tap was broken and shower tap was shaking. Staff were rude and disrespectful. There is a big gap in elevator and floor- my luggage cart got stuck twice.

Room was nice and clean, however, the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and approachable. You walk up to them, and they hesitate to greet you, you have to greet them. They don’t really have a welcoming approach- maybe it was just the ones I happened to deal with. Overall, it was a good stay though. No issues with the place.

Great location for business, travel stop over or a base of operation for a GTA stay. Staff are positive and prodessional.

The room smelled and was kind of dirty. The heating was really loud and made it hard to sleep.

We booked three nights. Our initial room had some damage to wall, a dresser drawer and had looked half cleaned. We called down to the front desk and immediately was apologized to and was given another room. The room given was a kitchenette sweet and it was fantastic. Roomy, clean, two tvs one in the living room area (with pull out couch) and one in bedroom. Outside the doors (any door) had a ton of cigarette butts so perhaps some butt collectors so people don’t litter all over ground. Over all the front seat staff were very kind and accommodating.
