There were some issues. The elevators were not working. Also, no good Trolley to take your stuff to your room. Actually I was with my family. Moreover, the car parking was chargeable.

Shuttle did not come to airport when promised. Staff did not pick up the phone when called. Basically no service. You will get no help staying in this place and pay for it eg. shuttle waited me up 45 min and had to pay out of pocket. Do not recommend.

Easy to get to and vlose to many things. Quick check in and very quiet.

We had an amazing stay. Amandip on check in upgraded our stay to a suite also accommodation upgraded to 2 pm check out as I had a meeting at 3 . Amazing service I will definitely come back there again. Amazing stay!!!

A false fire alarm at room happened at 4:00 am and lasted one hour, the alarm was so aloud everyone could not slept

A bit far from the airport and you have to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle bus but otherwise it was ok

The property does not look like the pictures. Very dated. Appears unclean. Toilet roll holder fell when touched. Room smelt of the previous person. I booked a room with a king bed specifically and was given a double room with two beds. Unsure why the room I booked was given away. They said this was the only room available. Staff did not seem knowledgeable about the area when I asked if there was a shop or food place nearby they said not really but I took a walk and found some. One of the transfer staff was very very rude although I was first he made me stand to one side while he put everyone else’s luggage on before he put mine.

The number with option 1 no one would answer for 7 3-5 minute calls and one call let it ring 15 minutes. There Are 2 double Tree at airport. They answer but nothing they could do. Tried to call the front desk for wake-up but no one would answer. Service front staff terrible . They were not that busy.

Great for free shuttle from airport. Bed was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Couch in suite was filthy.

Reception gave us a warm cookie when checking in. Nice surprise ‼️

I had an issue with my first room given to me. It wasn’t cleaned yet when I entered it. But the staff was apologetic and very quick on getting me another room. Just coming off a 13 hr flight I was exhausted so I appreciated the quick response.
