If you're looking for a quiet and easy quick layover stay, go somewhere else. Multiple times we had to contact the front office for the people next to us screaming and throwing things around their room. Even the police were called by another guest and they were still not removed and continued throughout the night when we called the front office. The problems started well before that even at check-in. Even though we arrived before Airline staff they were checked in before us and we were made to wait. Terrible experience and the hotel refused to response to our complaints to Expedia and kept telling us at the hotel they would handle the people next to us.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean. It was quiet all night and the bed was fantastic. Great breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

I have stayed there many times and never have I been charge for parking until this visit. If I had known in advance I wouldn’t have been put off by it. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was dingy and not properly cleaned.

Fast check in, clean room and beds, plenty of parking

Was assigned to a room near the elevator. I was struggling with the noise all night. Then the front desk promised to give me a better room next time. No NEXT TIME

The only problem was that it was not made clear in the information given to us at the time of booking that the airport shuttle did not come regularly to the airport as did the other hotel shuttles. After waiting at the airport for about an hour for the shuttle to come, and watching other hotels' shuttles come and go, we found out that you have to call for the shuttle to come and get you. Nowhere in the paperwork I had did it state that you had to call. However, once called the shuttle did come in a timely manner. I would recommend this hotel for people flying in or out of Pearson because of its convenient location to restaurants .

Convenient for travel ,delicious cookies on arrival .park and fly is great.

Make sure you call to get your pick up scheduled from the airport and your drop off too.

I found it weird that they charge for parking. I always stay in the Mississauga area and this is a first. The walls are paper thin so you hear every single thing

Beautiful and comfortable

I waited at the airport for 1 1/2 hours for a shuttle to the “airport” hotel. Then I was told I had to call them to send a bus but I couldn’t find their number anywhere. It wasn’t on the website or any of my receipts. I think they should have told me if I wanted a ride from the airport to call them and give me the number! I had been up for 24 hours and was not amused.

Overall okay stay, nice clean room minus the fact there was food leftovers in the fridge from the people before me. Housekeeping was vacuuming and cleaning rooms on my floor late night (830pm-1030pm), was annoying hearing the vacuum constantly bump into stuff in halls/room down the hall and going. I had an early flight so this was not ideal trying to fall asleep. Wake up call given on time as asked, and bus to airport promptly running for pick and drop off

The bed was not comfortable the room was mediocre, it was a guest room. It was clean at least.
