We got suite room and it’s nice. Good location, only 20min to downtown.

A very good hotel, good staff, nice location, well maintained.

There was bad smell all the way down the first floor hallway- they moved us but to a smaller room

The hotel was very clean with lots of little amenities that made it welcoming. The staff was terrific- very helpful and polite. The food was great! A very enjoyable stay- will certainly be back!

Wanted to say that I forgot medication in the room and the staff went out of their way to help me get this shipped to me. I truly appreciated it and I hope their managers know how friendly and helpful they are.

Too noisy with teenager swim or dance group running the hallways each night.

We found the door to the room open, items on the floor , blood stained linen. Not what I expected for a Sheraton hotel.

Everything went smoothy

Location is great. Shows its age in the rooms but it’s clean and the staff were excellent. Budget breakfast is 5 star.

When we walked into our room it stank like crazy of a mix of wet dog and cleaner. When we walked onto the carpet area of our room our socks were instantly sopping wet. The mattresses were lumpy and and caved out - they desperately need replacing. As I was checking out we were offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the stench and wet floors - but we were checking out and needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes. Terrible way to try and make it right. They said due to being at capacity they had to use the room and apparently it was recently renovated which was why the room was as such. I told them it would be better to not allow someone to stay in there. Our experience was terrible. And I wouldn’t want that for anyone else. The pool was FREEZING cold. Even the kids that were there stayed in the hot tub. It was frigid.
