Bathtub was filled with water when we arrived. Towel draped over edge of bathtub was soaked. Property has deteriorated severely and rooms are outdated, old, require complete refreshening. Sad, old unmaintained rooms at this point.

The staff was very courteous and help

Great swimming pool, clean, courteous staff who adressed concerns. No shompoo, etc., coffee pot and coffee but no cups and the restaraunt was closed due to it being Memorial Day. I would stay again. The courtesy bus driver was also good.

Room was disgusting, tub would not drain and window in the room was shattered.

The shuttle service was very convenient

Need improve the clean. There was a used soap in the bathtub and a lot of hairs on the floor of bathroom

The pool was nice, but the blankets were dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom/shower, only lotion, the smoke alarms randomly went off while my kids were sleeping, and there was only one working elevator creating long waits. I would not stay here again w children.

Close and easy with shuttle

Room smelled as though someone had smoked and it has been cleaned. Sink did not drain properly -- very slow. Otherwise basic and functional. i arrived late and left early so it was ok, but no more than just ok.

Hotel could use a little renovation . They don’t clean your room daily. There were a lot of over flowing trash cans . There were some missed spots in our room , but we just wiped them down ourselves . The shuttle driver who works at night was the worst . Acted annoyed and was not on time . He left us sitting in the van for 30 minutes without communicating . There was not a lot around this location , but they do have a restaurant and the food was not bad . For the price I think it was fine . I

Easy check in. Great airport shuttle

I dont know why thry put us,at the very far end of the property. Seemed like not many people there . Wifi was not great way doen at thr end if the hall . Guess i should of mentioned i was disabled. Breakfast here is not included either .

Mother's day! Took my grand kids for the day!

I stayed there during a layover overnight and was booked in the furthest room from the concierge. When I got to my room my card didn’t work. Because it was late, I got put into a crappier room than i had booked

I didn't like cold water in the swimming pool .

Very old facility, but clean.
