The hotel and rooms very clean, staff friendly

Room was beautiful, felt very luxurious. Staff were lovely, although perhaps a little more allergy awareness at breakfast would be helpful. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming though. Will definitely return one day

Great Leisure & breakfast . Room very warm! All very good value indeed.

Staff and amenities where great but we did have a few things off with the room, few bulbs missing in lamps nothing major. Had a good meal and the breakfast was great ☺️

Spotless rooms, lovely staff

Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast & a nice bar to relax in on an evening. Nice spa with steam room, sauna & a very large swimming pool with towels & lockers provided. Ideally located to visit attractions in the local area.

Our beautiful stay and treatments were purchased as a gift. Throughly enjoyed our much needed break! 100% score across the board!

The receptionist Carol was lovely at check in and our room was lovely and clean with evrything we needed. The shower was tremendous. Food good and good choices and waitresses were very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and had a very enjoyable stay. Superb breakfast everything you could think off to eat and very fresh x

The staff were lovely it’s was a drunk couple outside our room at 2 o’clock in the morning arguing and kicking the door after they got out the elevator on the wrong floor . Which woke me and my later up and was quite unsettling

Rooms need updating

Over all, i think the whole place could do with some TLC, our room, although clean was a bit worn and in need of decorating, the pool area wasn't the cleanest and the ambient temperature was quite cold, also the bar was not really well stocked, so i ended off drinking lemonade...

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on concrete. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, which I had specifically chosen to get a good night sleep. Was exhausted the next day. Would not have stayed another night if had had booked for more than 1.

We stayed one night and we enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities. The gym was very well equipped and opening times were good. We stayed in a family room and although a little dated - stains on the floor and bed linen, musty type of smell and shower that was more of a trickle and either ran very cold or very hot - we did have a lovely stay. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

Nice helpful professional staff. good facilities, Lovely room and lovely food. The entertainment in the evening was also an added bonus and the singer assisted in making it a lovely atmosphere.

I booked this for my mum and dad for my dad’s birthday. There was a dirty sock on the floor in their room when they arrived so clearly had not been fully cleaned, The room was supposed to be deluxe and wasn’t so they complained at reception. They gave them a different room hours later as there wasn’t a room ready and the dressing table/desk was covered in dust. They couldn’t get into the spa as was too busy, They left a shirt in the wardrobe and the hotel have told them they will have to pay £10 for this to be returned Not the service you would expect from a 4 star hotel

Room was horrible was hairs in the bed and bathroom shower was like a trickle. Spa was disgusting strong smell of urine and algai. All of the plates around pool to hold water were broke and falling off. Food was indeible and was not as described in the menu. Arrived at 3pm and was checked out by 6pm due to the experience definitely won't be returning
