It was amazing since we arrived!

My daughter and I had a flight cancellation and stayed at this hotel for one night. They checked us in quickly, had coffee in the morning and we were off and back to the airport quickly. Lovely staff and clean hotel.

This property was perfectly centered where I needed it to be. The stay was so comfortable, the perfect bed and the shower felt amazing. Next time in Charlotte I will chose this property for the stay. Thanks

Clean and comfortable hotel! Friendly staff and services. Shower is exceptionally good! Breakfast can be better though. Walkable distance to lots of places. Overall very good stay.

Everything was great. The only critique was when we arrived it looked as if someone ate dinner in the lobby area and left their trash. We left the hotel for several hours and when we returned the trash was still there. However, that aside, everything with our experience was great. Our room was clean and in great shape.

Easy check in, comfortable stay, sheets were a bit scratchy, but not a big deal. It was close to restaurants and bars and The Savannah Bananas game at Bank of America stadium.

Internet was out for the entire stay bu t walkable to Bank of America stadium for concert and the staff were wonderful!

Only issue was i had i found the bed bery firm and uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Great spot in uptown Charlotte. Nice hotel and clean. We had a great time in Charlotte for banana ball!
