Clean rooms, beds were not the most comfy. Parking is across the street from the hotel and not the most convenient for those with accessibility needs. Restaurant in the hotel was great and had a wonderful breakfast buffet with something for everyone! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean room, friendly staff

staff is very friendly. streets however have a lot of homeless folks and people tugging on car doors at the hilton outdoor parking lot. parking lot is unmanned

The lobby was lovely. The room was spacious and the staff were very nice.

I did find a hair close to the coffee machine. The sink plug was broken and the water took forever to heat up to have a shower

Check in was quick and he was very friendly. Told him we missed our chance at buying a lottery ticket for that 80 million that went in London ont because my app wasn't working. He gave us two warm cookies. We laughed and happily took them 😆

Clean room and staff is great.

Very good service and accomadating staff. We were over booked for our room and they upgraded us to a suite at the same rate. It was a slow evening and hectic drive in a snow storm to get there. They went above and beyond taking all these factors into consideration like true professional hosts. The menu was a little scanty and narrow in terms of food, primarily dairy based, but the kids enjoyed it. The restaurants in the area many and the pool and gym were warm and excellent. Very satisfying experience.

Horribly rude staff

Had to pay for parking which is across the street. Walls are very thin and could hear the neighbours yelling and shouting at about 3:30 am when they got in for the evening.

The grand-kids loved the pool. So did we. We couldn’t figure out the TV (probably better that way) Surprised there was no binder to list amenities of hotel.

Requested queen beds received doubles. Cookies were stale. Cots were needed.

No hot water for a shower or face wash. The restaurant was cold- blowing cold air down and I had to go get scarves for warmth. Disappointed.

The room was clean and we were attending the RBC Place for a Christmas party.
