All the lights flickered because the plugs were not connecting properly maybe lose The bed was very uncomfortable There was water dripping out of the bathroom fan because of rain One person had to handle all duties in the breakfast area As a result food was not prepared for guests It is 2026 people use usb cables maybe upgrade the outlets Not a fan of this hotel

Terrible

Nous avons séjourné une nuit en transit en famille avec 2 ados. La chambre était bien pratique avec petit lavabo indépendant de la salle de bain. Lits confortables. Chambre de bain correcte. La piscine était toutefois non fonctionnelle. Le déjeuner était correct, mais les fruits étaient limités à des bananes. Nous avons apprécié la machine pour se faire des cafés latte. Dans les alentours, il y a un joli parc en bord du Lac Ontario. Cependant l’offre de restauration autour est essentiellement de la junk food. C’était ok pour une nuit.

Hote incroyablement accueillant et disponible. Chambre #7 tres grande et propre. Petit dejeuner inclus continentale avec immense croissant! Coté de rue plus tranquille mais proche de tout a pied

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the 401 so perfect for a pit stop. Our room was on the ground floor but there were stairs, if you know you will have lots of bags good idea to ask for no stairs. Someone stood outside our window smoking and yelling into their phone at 10pm. The indoor pool was surrounded by three walls of windows, so I did not try it. I think the hotel should consider having some of the glass frosted. The breakfast was good but the espresso/latte machine was broken. For type 2 diabetic, there were a lot of sugary choices. Most potatoes were gone 30 minutes into breakfast and the sausages were a bit odd, scrambled eggs were nice. We paid over $200 for the night but I would have been happier if it was more like $125. For us the stay was between 2 and 3 stars

Consciences

With the exception of the main lobby, the hotel was too warm and humid. Our room needs an upgrade. It was dark gloomy, technologically behind and humid. The air conditioner was noisy and insufficient. Breakfast was poor quality and not acceptable in a Best Western PLUS hotel.
