I stay here every time I go to Saint John NB this time it was filled with children, screaming and running dogs barking all night on our floor, pool and hot tub filled with children so we didn’t get to use the facilities

Paper thin walls. Very stuffy smelled like wet dog and mold. All the wallpaper peeling off walls

We had an amazing stay at the holiday inn! The beds were beyond comfortable, hottub and pool perfect, had so much to choose from at breakfast and when we ordered food in the concierge had plates and cutlery for us!

Updated rooms and lobby areas

Very good stay, however, fire alarm got pulled in the middle of the night during our stay which was disruptive of course.

There was blood on 2 of the 4 pillowcases
